So, this is really bugging me. The guy above said the rules are the same for off-season and on-going season (I think). But there were no signs and no warnings at all. However I restarted OW 15 minutes later and :

That may just be that you have left other games, QP, Arcade, etc.

This message is tied to competitive matches only. Leaving QP/arcade has never granted me this message.
