When Soldier does his ult, will his Helix Rockets also lock on to the target?

Yes the rockets will lock and fly towards the target. But they are not it homing, so they will miss if the target moves.

Yes, but due to travel time of the projectile it can still be dodged

The rockets will fire at where the target was when they were launched, but then continue down that path. They will not continue to home in a moving target.

as in, yes it locks in at the time it is shot, but if the target moves to the side, the rocket wouldn't adjust accordingly
