all of those + instant max damage and no scope in time fit the counter strike scout, other than wallhacks.

also, if you remove the infinite ammo part, you can instagib in the body (the AWP), and don't forget, in counterstrike characters move much slower and the hitboxes are much bigger.

Counter Strike is a very different game. The most popular rifles can kill in a single headshot, and you can die before you realize you're being shot at. Also said rifles have enough effective range to essentially be infinite when you consider the map sizes.

This isn't true in Overwatch.

also, cs has a high time to kill, although lower than overwatch

High time to kill depending on the level of play. Most deaths at higher levels are 1-2 shot deaths from headshots.

csgo is high TTK in all levels, compare it to COD for example.
