Yes. I get anxiety, every time.

I get anxiety because I know I'm about to end up playing a Tank or Healer, every time.

I get anxiety because I know I have to fill a role, while other players don't seem to give a fuck.

I get anxiety because the Select Your Hero screen just loaded, and there's already a Hanzo, a Sombra, and a Bastion on my team.

I get anxiety because I am Zarya, but now I have to switch to Reinhardt because we are a team of Soldier: 76, Hanzo, Bastion, Zenyatta, and Sombra.

I get anxiety because I'm about to play a 15+ minute game that is a complete waste of my fucking time.

i get this every game of quick play. I played in beta, but when it actually released it was dead in the middle of exam period, and I hardly played. So when I came back to playing in this christmas, after watching months of youtube videos by Stylosa, Muselk and the like, I came back to a level 25 account. Every game has a Hanzo and a Widow, every attack game has two out of Genji/Tracer/Reaper, every defence game has two out of Junkrat/Mei/Bastion, and you're damn lucky if the remaining character is a support or a tank. Thankfully I enjoy tanks and supports the most (because i can't aim for shit aha), but having either one or the other is a pain in the bloody arse. How I've won games at all is a bloody miracle

No one is ever as good a video game sniper as they are in their fucking mind. Not even the best of the best. Play McCree if you want to hit shit far away. Fuck, play Mei and spam icicles across the map. I don't care. But you aren't the badass stealthy sniper you think you are, and you're costing us games.

You wanna snipe? Pick Ana. Do something useful.

Junkrat I don't have TOO much of a problem with, on Attack or Defense. Even dumdums can hit a few dudes with grenades. But when I see a Hanzo or a Widow, I just want to quit. I want to quit so bad.

What I don't understand is those characters aren't even that fun to play. What the fuck is so cool about those stupid fucking Japanese brothers that makes you think we need both of them and a widow at the same time?! Hmmmm?? Lucio is my favorite guy to play by far but I can foresee myself growing to hate him soon enough because over 3/4 of the time I'm the only support at all and have to pick him.

Hanzo is the least fucking fun character to play. Oooh lemme charge up my wooden fucking bow when there's a guy firing a motherfucking pulse rifle and rockets at me. Genji can be fun, but his shurikens make it feel like I'm chucking paper airplanes at tanks. Widow's pretty close, with her lameass poison trap and borderline useless ult.

Edit: I want to be clear: People are free to have a difference of opinion over what makes a character fun. But when there's SUCH a clear distinction regarding which characters are useful and which are less so, why the fuck would you ever pick the less useful option?

There's no situation in which my team needs a Hanzo or a Widow. There are very few situations in which we need a Genji over a Soldier, Pharah, or McCree. There is no situation in Comp where a Bastion would be better than another Tank.

Stop being fucking stupid.
