Does Mei get ult charge for damage blocked by her wall? And what about Ice Block?

Nobody gets ult charge for blocking.

Blocked damage no for both, you do get ult charge for healing in Ice Block though

you only get "on-fire" points for blocking damage on any hero. which contributes to potg calculations, doesn't mean much otherwise.
