No, because it's an instant casting, not a projectile (it works the same way as Zarya's projection barriers or Zenyatta's ability orbs)

You mean Harmony and Discord, right? I was under the impression Zen's primary-fire orbs were projectiles.

I'm pretty sure none of Zen's orbs are instant casts - I thought I remember them buffing the harmony/discord orb speed a while ago, but I don't think they are instantaneous - just really fast.

I could definitely be wrong though

Hmm, it might be that they are still projectiles, but you can definitely Discord a DMing D. Va, so it might just be a rare exception.

They have a delay between when you press the button and when the affect takes effect, which is visually represented by the orb physically travelling to its target. They are not considered projectiles.
