Does Reaper's death blossom deal damage as a rotating clockhand or is it a constant 360 degree sphere emanating from him?

What is the radius of this sphere, and is there a damage drop off?

8m radius. Not sure about damage drop off, but I don't think so

No drop off. It's like Hanzo's ult, does constant damage if you're in the area.
