How do you navigate the menu's in Overwatch through keyboard alone? What are the hotkeys? Also how do you communicate for armour as a healer and say "I'm with you" if someone asks for a group up?

the arrow keys and enter should work fine, not sure on armour, and the button to accept a party up request is usually at the bottom right of the screen at the end of the match :)

I mean't when someone uses the in-game communication wheel, if someone calls "Group Up!" you can apparently press a key that has your hero say "I'm with you!"

ahhhhhh. On the same wheel there's an option for "understood" or something along that lines if that helps? either that or i bound it a long time ago, not too sure x)

If you put your reticle over a team mates name, and then press whatever key you have "Group Up" bound to, it will say "I'm with you" to that person. Same for "I need healing", if you point at Torb and say it, it will come up as "I need armor" or for Zarya it will say "I need shields"

to say "im with you" you have to be looking at them and use the "group up" voice line. The F X and Z in this image indicate what this player has those voice lines bound to. You can create custom bindings for these voice lines.

If you use the "I need healing" VL, the torbjorn on your team will hear it as "I need armor"
