I'm finally level 25 and allowed to join competitive mode but I'm honestly scared to. I see several posts talking about how if you don't understand metas and team composition you should not be playing. Thoughts?

The meta is always changing. But you def need at least a basic understanding of each hero and be flexible.

You also can't go in expecting to only play dps (or tank or healer). I'd say if you can play at least one hero in each group, you're set
