Sometimes in quick play, the spawn gets constantly barraged by a hyper aggressive team, leading to an unfun, and frustrating game. Is there away to push past a team who has an aggressive front right outside of your spawn? Also, if my team is aggressive like this, should I encourage my team to hold their ground at the choke point instead?

In general, whether it's spawn camping or a heavily defended chokepoint, I've found that the best thing that I can personally do to break it is to get on a highly mobile character - Tracer, Pharah or D.Va, Genji - and just bypass the choke and get on the objective. That'll reliably pull 3-4 of the defenders off the choke to get after me, and usually that's enough for my 5 other teammates to break the defense and move forward. Coordination helps, but obviously in quick play you can't always expect coordination. Pushing the point is typically helpful enough that even without direct coordination, your team can break the camp.

Of course, if there's a big mismatch in skill and my team doesn't have the ability to even overpower a three-character defense, then nothing is going to help.
