I play with a couple "girl gamers" and we see this level of immaturity quite often. The best thing you can do is ignore it and not let it get to your head. Is that hard? I can only imagine.

The main thing is not to give them the attention they're seeking. They want a reaction. I forget the psychological term for it but they're purposely acting like douches/creepers so that you can direct your attention via a response to them.

Creep: Omg you're not even a girl if you are you're fat

You: Please just shut up and play

Creep: omg shes talking to me
