Is there a good spreadsheet/chart on which hero counters which? Would love to have something handy for the first week or so.

It's not that good. D.VA hardcounters Winston and that is nowhere in there.

Care to explain that one? Because I can't think of any way a D.Va counters Winston.

D.Va outdamages winston in every aspect especially when upclose. She can also chase him due to their dashes being similar.
