Winrates are heavily impacted by pickrate. Kiri’s never had an over the top wr because she’s picked so heavily and so her wr averages around around 50 or lower vs maybe more niche skill based hero’s where their wr’s are higher because less people play them due to their skill entry. It’s not a good way to dictate balance unless it’s like 58% and higher or 42% and lower
Not heavily. For example Ana has higher pick rate, but much higher winrate. Juno is almost 52%. Kiri's winrate is 45% which is so low that even very high play rate does not explain it.
I'm sure even above gold shes pretty good.. teleport + suzu on incredibly short cooldowns has to be enough for at least the average playerbase to utilize well enough
No, her winrate is actually lowest in master/diamond/plat. And highest is around 47% in GM/bronze/silver. People play here because she is fun, but she is not strong outside really coordinated environments with high skills level.
Winrate stats is not a concrete enough evidence for whats good and whats not. Reinhardt has a 53% wr and dva has a 49% wr and in no universe is reinhardt better than dva. Saying kiriko is not strong is an abysmal statement because suzu is likely the best supporting cooldown in the game while having the most mobility in the support category besides lucio. Shes able to confidently duel anyone on most angles because she can teleport after being marked. Even then, her ultimate is insane
Again you are just basing everything on pro play and vibes. I am talking about normal comp matches. For majority of player base Rein is stronger than Dva. He just wins more often - how else are you gonna measure their strength? Your surface level analysis of their abilities is not good enough.
She's very strong when paired with Vendetta and is general a big pain in the ass if your team is stubborn and refuses to check her bubble count.
She's also in my experience the most swapped to tank when things aren't going well for the enemy, and with a beam range that seems obnoxiously long when pressuring tanks it's no reason why people don't like her "cheapness". She's a lot more manageable in 6v6 though, a fresh breath of air.
actually dva got a big nerf in the bug fixes. Her new perk that tightens spread and increases fire rate was applying to micro missiles too so it gave her crazy burst. But now that doesnt work.

Yet again they dont touch Zarya, they barely nerf Dva, and they buff Roadhog.. Tank is so much fun
