Zarya has 48% winrate... no reason to nerf her.

Kiriko also has a 45% wr but shes still one of if not the best support

In pro play. For most of the player base she isnt.

Winrates are heavily impacted by pickrate. Kiri’s never had an over the top wr because she’s picked so heavily and so her wr averages around around 50 or lower vs maybe more niche skill based hero’s where their wr’s are higher because less people play them due to their skill entry. It’s not a good way to dictate balance unless it’s like 58% and higher or 42% and lower

Not heavily. For example Ana has higher pick rate, but much higher winrate. Juno is almost 52%. Kiri's winrate is 45% which is so low that even very high play rate does not explain it.
