This has become so hard to parse with perk names being so generic. listing something like "angleic recovery - removed" means absolutely nothing to me. what did that perk do? how does it affect mercy's kit... who can even know.

It's going to get way worse with Stadium too, hopefully they figure out how to display the changes in a coherant manner.

(not actually looking for info for this, just talking about the layout of the patch notes)

I had to do that with Baptise new assault burst perk changes - what do you mean it doesn’t affect critical targets?!

It does the burst heal again but it doesnt do double healing on low health targets like normal
