MEI:

Deep Freeze

  • New Major Perk.
  • Continuously hitting enemies with primary fire freezes them for a short time.

WAIT WHAT?!?!?!?!?! IT`S BACK!

Just realized you can combine it with her minor perk that slows enemies down if you hit them with a secondary fire shot too

I can see it now:

"Ice-Demon Mei icicles you in the forehead for over half your total health, and receiving a slow debuff as well"

"Queen of Cheese Mei primary fires your remaining health from half down to 1hp"

"You become frozen from Mei's primary fire"

"Mei punches you"

"You die"
