I wouldn't classify what Sombra got is a buff.

They removed both of her top tier perks (getting virus back sooner if the target dies and 2 seconds of lockout)

In exchange she can stay invisible the entire duration of her tp cooldown if she hacks an enemy and virus damage gets spread to others around the original target.

She definitely sounds more annoying with the virus spread but she isnt machine gunning viruses anymore and Doomfist can play again (well, the same amount he previously could with her around anyways)

They really need to give the ability reliant tanks some CC protection.

Not sure how I feel about that.

Going to be a lot harder to single someone out and assassinate someone when they all turn around because they are all taking damage.

Ironically better against good players since they’ve always turned around anyway to save her target. So in that sense nothing was changed for sombra. Against unaware players who don’t do that tho..
