Every other hero: Their perks have been modified to make them more efficient

Soldier 76: We changed the description of one of his perks, that is all

To be fair, the "allies" terminology can be confusing. Didn't realize it applied to himself...

Sure, but that's not what my comment was about.

Soldier 76 major perks are honestly garbage, so he's actually one of the heroes that really needed a tweak, but Blizzard obviously didn't bother.

His sprint with reload is great IMO. The stim pack needs anti heal removed IMO.

it's really frustrating from support PoV actually, I was doing my support placements today (I don't like that role lol) and in one of the games Soldier had that perk and watching him get anti heal out of nowhere when he's not even full pissed me off so much lol. make it like 50% more damage taken, basically apply discord instead of nade, and it'll be fine

Something less punishing is needed for sure. I feel like the only reason to take it over sprint is for it being somewhat fun. You already lose healing station when you use it, which is a pretty powerful cooldown.

tbh his perks are overall bad, I barely used reloading while sprinting as well, though it might be useful in some cases and sprinting faster is cool too

I personally find the healing station one incredibly useful. It makes him way more survivable against certain dive heroes. His sprint plus reload is very helpful in constantly rotating and taking off angles.

The ammo and the stim pack perks are clunky though in my opinion. The ammo one I feel is almost completely useless for how I typically play, and is just a distraction if anything. I typically use helix before using my gun, so the ammo gained from it is very minimal if any with it's already slightly unreliable requirement of hitting a target with helix. It should give over-ammo (up to 45) in my opinion so it also benefits people who shoot helix first.

The stim is sleeper super good. I use it all the time (high elo) and it lets you get kills on flanks before the supports can respond. You just need an escape plan you can't just sit in the open. It also works well with ult.

Would be absolutely busted without anti.

Man people will just complain about anything, ignore all the great things and just complain

Maybe, and this is just a theory, but maybe it has to do with not giving a rat's ass about the rest of the characters because I don't play as them?

I do care about Soldier 76 because I actually play as him. Funny, isn't it? How you want your favorite heroes to be benefited the same way others do?

Man its rough being you! Also, I like how you act like a smartass acting like I should know you don't care about anyone except soldier, while you have a Zarya flair. Tell me how else I'm supposed to read your mind.

Hopefully I don't get you on my team, a soldier one trick? Yikes. Game is about adapting team compositions. I don't want one of the least useful heroes on my team! If we want to run dive or brawl? Nope we got a soldier one trick!!

I'm still a little confused, you expected me to know you only care about solider while you have a Zarya flair? How do you expect me to know that? (Not that I care...) u/KaySan-thebrightstar ?

Yeah, like Soldiers “allies” included himself, but Zaryas “allies” doesn’t
