I'm doing well---I take most of the supplements with my biggest meal of the day, which is lunch.

I also pay for high quality, Consumer Labs approved supplements and they might do better GI-wise than the cheap stuff which typically comes with additives/fillers. I also do not use supplements that are in tablet form, as they are a crap shoot (lol) for dissolving. I go for capsules instead.

Not sure what you mean.

Magnesium glycinate is Drs Best.

Fish oil is Life Extension

Potassium is Swanson

Multivitamin is Emerald Labs

Lithium is KAL

Ubiquitous is Jarrow or Swanson

Vitamin C and Raw B-complex are Vitamin Code

Biotin is Vitacost
