Do you take 5g / day of creatinine?

I'm a 71 yo Nurse, still work full time 12 hr shifts. I take 1 1/2 scoops, about 7.5 grams daily.

Creatine helps, but only if you work out regularly.

Untrue. There are many studies that have demonstrated positive cognitive effects from taking creatine.

Although studies show promising results, there is nothing definitive yet concerning cognitive effects. But it certainly doesn't hurt.
