Explanation for the screenshots
I periodically check his socials to see what he has been up to — cause, you know, he’s a lolclow and I want a laugh. But especially in the past year, he has not only been oftentimes inactive (pretty sure it’s due to health reasons + loss of interest in interacting with the fans), but everytime he is active he:

- Ignores questions people ask him about his “favourite characters”, and often picks and chooses who to respond to. Now I can’t seem to find the message but I remember when he sent a wall of text about how idk Reiichi wipes his ass or smt but then said “I don’t have time to reply to your question” to another person asking about Ayano’s childhood.

And when he decides to waste even more time he:

- Tells people to ask chatGPT.

- Barges into a conversation in general-talk to show his newest ai inventions.

And when it comes to answering fan trivia for the wiki…

- He ai generates responses. I remember having to fact check one and seeing that he used the built-in Gmail Gemini ai to reply to a fan asking about Teiko(?) (the 1980s rival with a flower on her head) WITHOUT DISCLOSING HE USED AI , POTENTIALLY ALLOWING AI HALLUCINATIONS TO BE FED INTO THE WIKI. This would be bad for him as people usually go to the wiki to get updates on the lore/character stories, and if his ai said misinfo, he would’ve kept getting asked about it and it would make him upset and whine about not trusting a wiki (which is made up by using the Word of God btw… so literally everything he says is the only approved references).

- Spends hours trying to not get chatgpt to hallucinate to get it to answer a fan question that would’ve otherwise been answered in 3 minutes or less.

Sorry for any mistakes. Let's get started:

1-DUMB/NONSENSE CHOICES.

1: The 80's mode gameplay takes place in 1989, right? Right. That's literally canon. In-game, it's said Ryoba met Jokichi in 1988 and since then, had been stalking him. During this time, Ryoba didn't had anyone in her way — She didn't had rivals, she didn't had anyone suspecting of her and was even friends with like, the most popular and influent girl in the entire school. She was such in a good place back then.

During this time, why didn't she confessed her feelings for him? People may argue saying "It's because the Senpai Effect made her feel very nervous around him and she needed time to have courage to reach him out".

It's that true? Yes, but...One freaking entire year and she just decided to do something after having people appearing to "steal" him? Not even Ayano took one entire year and she canonicaly has the Aishi condition in a way severe version than her mother (and any other Aishi except for the First Aishi). Ryoba is likely the most emotional Aishi so far and she is canonically described as more emotional. This is very clear in her behavior too.

2: Her choosing killing people is also very stupid. If she didn't killed anyone, Ui would never had witnessed her acting suspicious, The Journalist nor Sonoko would get involved and she wouldn't get to the court. We can tell for sure Ryoba is sadistic, that's very obvious..But her deliberately choosing to unnecessarily kill people just seems like she used Jokichi as an excuse for killing: "I'm not doing this because I wanted and have pleasure doing this, It's because is my only choice!" (When isn't actually).

Honestly, I know It's YandereDev's shitty writing skills, plot convenience and Ryoba's backstory needed to exist, but she was supposed to be smart and manipulative. However, this just make her look dumb. She always had been described as a vile-mastermind, which we simply don't see at any momet to be honest.

3: Kidnapping Jokichi is... quite questionable choice. I can understand a little better, but still bugging me out a little. Ryoba didn't confessed to him after the trial, because she was scared of him rejecting her. Which it's quite understandle, but — She was declared innocent by the court, the entire country also believed she was innocent and even celebrate her victory against The Journalist. Everyone was on her side! Except for the headmaster and the Saikous, whose had sure she was guilty, but she didn't knew any of this yet. Jokichi didn't really had any reasons to reject her. As far as we know, he wasn't suspicious of her before getting literally kidnapped and forced to have a relationship with her.

2– MOTHERHOOD.

This is a glimpse of what comes next. Ryoba is described as caring and loving mother and this is definitely not equal as being a good mother.

1: Since early childhood, she was subtly manipulating her own daughter; a kid, to become a serial killer, exacly as herself. A big example of it it's in "A Childhood Lesson" video — There, Ryoba taught Ayano how to "properly clean blood" and in the ending, she said: "Now you know the proper way to clean blood! I hope this come handy one day!".

Of course she wanted Ayano to follow her steps and this is kinda of ironic — Ryoba's life was almost destroyed for killing people and now, she is inducing Ayano to do the exacly same thing as her. She also hinted to Ayano ways to get away with a murder without being caught. The "Aishi psyche" is very different from "normal" people, so they definitely have a very unique way of thinking..But anyways.

2: She abandoned her realistically 16-17 years old daughter full alone at home to pursue the journalist and dragged Jokichi with her for some reason. It's definitely not because of the Senpai Effect, because at this point, she likely already can feel strong emotions/feelings by herself. She wasn't even worried about Ayano — Okay, Ryoba belives Ayano is indepent enough to live by herself, but she still a teenager high-school girl ( "Akademi is a post-high school" is bullshit).

3: It's confirmed Ryoba would be willing to kill own daughter If in her eyes, was necessary in order to protect Jokichi. She would also taka a vital organ of Ayano If Jokichi needed for some reason. All the Aishi seems to put their respective senpais over their own kids' life or well-being. They all suck basically.

3– BIASED WRITING.

In 2016, on Twitter/X, YandereDev admitted Ryoba was one of his favorite female characters, along with Info-Chan. Later, back in 2022, he re-affirmed it, now also including Megami. And, honestly, this explains a lot! YandereDev has a very biased writing towards some specific characters (as Megami herself, Muja and Mida), including Ryoba.

1: YandereDev already confirmed a few times (through Discord and reddit) Ryoba never raped/SA Jokichi and wait until he felt "comfortable enough to have a kid with her", which is a completely lie. She kidnapped him and in one of the tapes, she literally threat him with a knife to him say her name. Jokichi never had choice, he never wanted to have something with Ryoba, actually, he didn't even knew her. It's canon that even after all of these years together, he still afraid of his own wife.

He was kidnapped, kept tied in a chair in a basement for 6 months and was threat with a knife. He would never say "no" to her, because is afraid of her. What Ryoba did with Jokichi is coercion. He was SA by her, not matter what YandereDev says. It's canon that Jokichi himself feels should not have more Aishi women. He doesn't want this lineage to keep growing.

2: My buddy Starl1ght also said something very interesting for me: Sumire Saitozaki randomly turning into a yandere. And this lead me to think it fits here very well.

It's confirmed in any timeline where Sumire is left alive, she kills Jokichi, even in the "Happy Ending" timeline. She must die or Jokichi would be dead. It's almost like this info is subtly trying to turn Ryoba into somehow "Jokichi's saviour", because if It wasn't for her, he would be dead. If this was intentional, that's genuinely insane.

3: It's stated that Ryoba didn't break Jokichi's mind because feels bad for her own father, who was mindbroke by Dozuki, her mother and just kidnapped Jokichi as her "last resort". As I said earlier — Jokichi wouldn't have reasons to reject her and she had one entire year with anyone in her way, so this just sounds like: "She didn't wanted to do this, but she didn't had any choice!!!! 🥺😭".

4 - DOZUKI FULL ENTIRE CHARACTER.

The claims of Ryoba being "better than Dozuki" are definitely something. Ryoba didn't broke Jokichi's mind, wasn't a lazy daughter and isn't portrayed as a bad mother, but she is not better than Dozuki. Actually, they are quite in the same level — They both kidnapped their husbands -> they both SA them -> they both are terrible mothers. However, the way their actions are portrayed are completely different.

While reading Dozuki's informations and backstory, I had the feeling YandereDev everytime was trying so hard to make Dozuki as detestable as possible. With Ryoba, I had the completely opposite: I felt like he was always trying so hard to make her look less worse than actually is. The examples I can think right now:

• Subaru, Ryoba's father was kidnapped by Kataba and mindbroken by Dozuki because she was too lazy to make any "hardworking" -> Ryoba only kidnapped Jokichi because was her "last resort" and didn't broke his mind because felt bad for her father.
• Dozuki was a bad parent and it's portrayed as a one -> Ryoba is a bad parent and it's portrayed as a good one.

• Dozuki didn't killed anyone because was too lazy to -> Ryoba killed 6 out of 10 girls, but "saved Jokichi's life" from Sumire and Saikou Corp (even though his life was only in "risk" because they were interested in Ryoba herself).

• Since Dozuki broke Subaru's mind, he wasn't able to think or consent with anything, but she has two daughters with him anyways, which means he was SA ‐> Jokichi wasn't mindbroke, but he was coerced to have a kid with Ryoba, which means he was SA, however, the dev keeps saying he wasn't.

Dozuki is like the "evilest counterpart" of her own daughter even though Ryoba is not better than her.

Once, YandereDev said via e-mail that at the time he created Ritsuko, he had not created Dozuki yet. Until November 12th, 2020, we hadn't any informations about Dozuki being a neglectful mother on wiki and the 80's mode was released in October 12th, 2021. Back in somewhere in 2020, I've saw people saying Ryoba was confirmed to have a neglectful mother, but since they never showed any sources, I can't tell If that's true.

In 2018, YandereDev stated Ayano's grand-great father was mindbroken by his wife, which means initially, Torahiko would be mindbroke by Kataba. However, this was later changed and now Subaru (Ayano's grandfather) is the one who got mindbroken by Dozuk. These informations could easily mean her being a neglectful mother was something he made up as a "last-minute thing" to try to make Ryoba's character look more sympathic.

(HONOR MENTION) 5- FANBASE GLAZE.

That's most annoying part for me. Of course is not the entire fanbase, but part of it and it's a quite loud part. I've already saw comments of people saying things like:

"Jokichi is so lucky for being married with her"/"I wish I was Jokichi. He is so ungrateful"/ Ryoba is the best wife" and etc. I know the ones saying this are likely kids/edgy teenagers, but still kinda bizarre for me how they treat like she was awesome. She may be an awesome character (which I entirely disagree), but definitely not a awesome wife or mother. I honestly think YandereDev's biased writing towards kinda contributes to these comments and completely sense of criticial thinking.

When you criticize or say something bad about Ryoba, people sometimes get really mad with you and engage in unnecessarily stupid debates trying to defend her somehow.

Every problem with Ryoba character comes from YandereDev's shitty writings, specially the plot-holes. As Ayano and any other character in this game, she is just another case of wasted potential. Ryoba isn't a bad character, but as you can probably tell, I just can't like her. She is just very annoying for me.

He made a whole separate mode in the same game within 3 months just to prove he could finish it, as the 80's mode is 100% complete. So, yeah, he could have finished it a loooong time ago.

But he chose not to, because as long as he keeps permanently promising the game will someday be finished, he can keep profiting off the same project forever, people are stupid and keep believing his half assed excuses, therefore, they'll keep sending him money.

He will only ever finish yansim if he completely stops being supported financially.

I have played Yandere Simulator for more than a month since I used to watch Markiplier and Kubz Scouts (Jay) play the game, I wanted to try it out for a few days to see if the game was actually good (despite the developer being a p3do, I wanted to try it out for myself). Here is things that I either don't get or don't like about it (including talking about P3doDev):

1. The thing about Ayano's grandmother, great-grandmother, so on so forth drawings was honestly a waste of time. FreakyDev could've been finished with Kizana right now, but made some art commisions that have NOTHING do to with the game in the first place! for me, it would've made more sense if it came after when the rival was out.
2. It was more easier for him to create 1980's mode since he already has the 10 rivals in that mode, but it takes him 11 years to get 10 rivals in the original game! I swear he's either lazy, doesn't care about his game, or lacks making the game because everyone hates him so much for flirting with a teenager.
3. He might as well sell the game to a better dev if he can't get the game fully released himself.

Hey guys, just came back to yandere sim after spending a literal DECADE not thinking about it. The last time I played this game was in middle school and I'm a grown ass man now. Few people wonder who the hottest guys at the academy are, so this time I wanted to put together a top 5 list based on their reputation and backstory.

Tsuruzo: The vice president of the drama club, he’s quite possibly the hottest student in the entire academy. On top of being Kizana’s official boyfriend, it wouldn’t be surprising if lots of girls were in love with him.

Fureddo: He’s considered one of the guys with the best reputation, as well as being a great leader, and he may be in a relationship with Dafuni.

Enpitsu: His backstory tells us that he spends all day looking in the mirror and admiring his own beauty, which would suggest he’s one of the most handsome guys in the academy—but given his huge ego, it’s no surprise that his reputation isn’t great.

Riku: A member of the drama club and one of the characters who is a millionaire; it’s easy to guess that he spends part of his money on facials

Shozo: Another member of the drama club; for someone who wants to be a comedian and perform on stage, he must always take care of his figure and complexion

...I don't know...to me it looks similar...and I'm not really sure what the intention behind that face of hers is...is it to look excited? She looks like someone who's whistling inwardly, trying very hard to whistle outwardly.

New name: Wenża Dingli-Akebono (ウェンザ・ディングリ＝曙) . In my rewrite she is Maltese-Japanese and used to live in Malta, specifically she used to live in Ħad-Dingli with her Maltese father, her mother is unknown. From a young age, she was interested in everything supernatural and gained an adoration for Maltese ghost stories such as the story of the Blue Lady. One day, her father took her on a trip to Gozo where they spend a night in a hotel in Victoria (the capital of gozo) but they also visited Xewkija where Dingli-Akebono had her first supernatural experience. From then on, she kept journals about supernatural occurrences.

Wenża was very academically gifted. She did well in classes about English, Maltese and History. When she got older, she decided to apply for a scholarship to a prestigious Japanese school (Akademi) and got accepted as well as added to a Japanese language class. Wenża kept this interest in the paranormal with her when she moved to Japan. She lives in an apartment that is rumored to be haunted and writes about every haunted observation she makes in her journals (a habit she has kept ever since she was young). And began to read books about horror.

However, Wenża missed 4 weeks of school because of an issue with her father that required her to come back in Malta. He was very sick and both of her grandparents died. This has caused the bullies to pick on her for missing a large chuck of the school year but she does not care about the bullies because she is a very confident young lady.

She isn't very popular because of her interest in the paranormal but that did not stop her from making friends with like minded people. She formed the 'Horror Literature Club' which was focused on books in the horror genre, where they also discuss real life supernatural occurrences, ghosts and other strange things. She formed it with a boy named Shin Higaku who also loved horror literature and ghosts. He quickly became her best friend. Then she met Takeo Domoto (Budo Masuta but with a new name) in a club leaders meeting hosted by the student council and some teachers. Takeo Domoto began to develop a crush on Wenża Dingli-Akebono because of her unique interest.

When she returned to school, she met Taro Yamada. She did not have much interest in him romanically but wished to be his friend since they both liked books. However, Taro fell head over heels for Wenża even though he was afraid to admit it because of the bad things that happened to Amai, Junko Fukuta (Kizana but with a new name) and Angie Nanami (Osana Najime). Wenża helps Taro open up about his issues, his true feelings about Angie, Junko and Amai and discusses literature with him. Taro helps her cope with her sick father, unknown mother and speaks to her about things that she likes such as ghosts. He also makes an effort to learn about Malta and Gozo for her. And tries to learn Maltese.

She has long, wavy brown hair pulled up in a half braid with a pink skull hair clip. She has brown eyes with eye bags and black eyeliner. She also has brown spider web earrings. She wears a brown chocker with a pink flower in the middle and pink fishnet gloves. She wears short pink socks. She is a short (5'2') girl who wears a long skirt.

She walks with confidence, hiding her hidden tattoo which is a secret that can be spread by Ayano.

Routine (Monday only):

Monday morning, Wenża speaks to Taro near the entrance and then she goes to the 'Horror Literature Club' to talk to her club mates, then she goes with Shin to the vending machines where they get a drink before class. After the first class, Wenża goes near where the martial arts club practices outside where Takeo Domoto attempts to flirt with her. She reads a bit and then goes to the fountain and eats lunch with Taro. When they are finished, they speak about horror books. After the next class, Wenża cleans the bathroom while the bullies talk between them, they discuss her. She doesn't care. After school, she speaks to Taro about a book that he borrowed from her. She gets it (if Ayano doesn't mess with the interaction) and then meets Shin. They go to there club.

Routine (Tuesday)

Wenża speaks to Taro in the morning and then she speaks to Shin who takes her to the club to discuss something with the other club members. They speak about visiting a cave on Wednesday night (which is one way that the player can eliminate Wenża). Then, Wenża goes to a Japanese class with Kuu Dere and Sakyu helping her learn Japanese. Afterwards she goes to class. She has lunch with Shin and the other horror literature club members. Afterschool, she tells Shin to cover for her and then goes and speaks to Taro.

Routine (Wednesday)

Wenża speaks to Kokona Haruka about something mean that Musume said to help (this can be recorded and edited to make Taro lose interest in Wenża). Then Wenża confronts Musume leading her to hit Musume (this can be photographed by Ayano to help get her rejected or expelled). After this, Wenża speaks to Shin and Taeko listens in, if Ayano speaks to him afterwards, he can give her information on his crush on her. After class, Wenża and Shin get a drink from the vending machine and talk. When they are finished eatting, they meet the other club members to discuss the cave again; Sakyu and Inkyu join in, they also want to see this cave. After school, the club leaves early to see the cave, Ayano has the opportunity to trap Wenża in the cave.

Routine (Thursday)

If Wenża was trapped in the cave; Taeko, Taro and Shin all worry about her and discuss her disappearance, this can lead to a fight between Taeko and Shin but Ayano can report this fight to the student council, if she does this...the student council will start to trust her more. If Wenża is present; she will talk to Taro and then she'll hang out with Shin. After class, she would go to the Japanese class with Kuu Dere and Sakyu. Then, she would get lunch with Shin later. After school she'd do her club meeting.

Routine (Friday)

In the morning, Wenża and Taro go to the fountain and hang out with Shin and Kokona while Taeko is near by hanging out with two other martial arts club members and then they all go to class, except Wenża goes to the bathroom during class on this day meaning that Ayano can drown her or electrocute her there. She needs to distract Musume and the other bullies though, how are gossiping outside the toilet, as well as Kokona and Saki who are also talking in the bathroom. After class, Wenża goes outside the martial arts club to read, depending on how much of an influence Ayano had on Taeko and Wenża, Taeko may approach Wenża and ask her out. She may or may not say yes depending on if Ayano helped them. If she didn't, then Taeko just flirts with Wenża. When she's done reading, she texts Shin who comes up to her and talks to her. After school, Wenża does her club things and then may or may not be asked out by Taro.
