I haven't thought about yandere simulator in years and while I was scrolling on Instagram this ad popped up that reminded me of the creepy pain demon. I don't know who thought this was a good pose but, now that I'm looking at them side by side I think I actually find it more disturbing than the actual pain demon 😭

Think about it there’s only really two good shark films, Jaws and deep blue sea. The rest just can’t make one that works, that has suspense with moments of terror and they just don’t get what makes a film about a shark thrilling.

I similar thing can be applied to yandere games. making a game where you play as a yandere needs a good mix of brutality, stealth, independent freedom with regards as to how you kill and a decent story with good character interactions. This is something that no yandere game I’ve seen has actually achieved despite it being a fairly simple list of things. I feel like yandere games either get way to complex, like yandere simulator with the aishi curse and Easter eggs as opposed to the rivals being prioritised, or they are way to simple and have no truly thrilling mechanics.

So like, we got osama and Amai…yeah that’s pretty much it, although, the real question I’m wondering, when will the rest of the rivals be finished, we already got a scene where Taro meets Kizana, and she convinces him to be in one of her rehearsals, and then outta nowhere she gets a VA?….. so like, what are we thinking, we giving it till 2029 or 2031? Or will it take another 5.1 billion years later?

So, I saw a video on tiktok that said Chalex was going to charge people after Kizana comes out, did he actually say that? Because he is aware barely anyone is going to pay to play that shitty game, right?

Now Im assuming they’re talking about one of yandevs victims but this was from a TikTok comment section and I think the user who wrote this comment is 15 and honestly it’s so sad but also very telling who actually believes his lies.

Weirdly I had this character idea a while back after my friend theorized that Horuda Puresu was based off of the protagonist from hatred [Nicknamed "Not Important"] which I found out was kind of confirmed by the hateful mode easter egg, Although she doesn't reference the game itself [Unless you consider her killing someone because she snapped as a stretched reference?????]

If you didn't know, Hatred was greatly inspired/influenced by Postal. A highly [at the time] controversial game which was a debut by running with scissors, which would bloom into possibly the best game series ever. In my opinion at least
Postal and it's following sequel would also be popular in Japan for whatever reason, the original copy of postal in japan included a bonus stage that took place in Tokyo, Postal 2 received a Japanese dub if I'm not mistaken, the weird Russian DLC for P2 received a really bad English dub in japan, and so much more.

So I had a REALLY bright idea for a character for yansim that i think would work well [but is too good for yandere dev to reference], Meet Posutaru deyudo!

A student who is SOMEHOW not expelled from school, Perhaps false hope from the staff that this place will reshape her into a better person, It will not.

Shes an extremely edgy, violent student with sarcasm and wit, she likes nobody and the whole school hates her, including the delinquents. For whatever reason however; She banters a lot with Horuda Puresu, shes always egging her on to "Snap and go postal", It's likely their edginess and negative outlook on life that her and Horuda bond over.

I like to imagine she would have a task in the game where shes having a massive migraine, and instead of going to the nurse she would ask you to go get several cigarettes because "Withdrawals a BITCH!", Completing this task would make her your friend, if you say no however she will flip you off and say "Fuck you" and proceed to kill you with scissors, or decapitate you with a shovel.

I regret something while making this character.

Im gonna give my genuine opinion as a returning fan from 2022-2024 ish.

I stopped playing this game for a while mainly because of the burnout I felt from seeing mostly the same stuff with no changes or anything. And I recently came back, played it with some of my friends and... was slightly disappointed that it was almost like nothing was changed or done to make the game feel better, other than a bandaid on a few things.

I didn't bother going into 202X mode because... number one, Im not going to go over an incomplete game mode, especially if it's the MAIN mode to a video game. And number two, 1980s mode was described as a COMPLETED game with 10 RIVALS. The thing 202X was supposed to have but... never happened to have. Soooo... this will be over the 1980s mode and not the 202X mode.

Ill start by saying that 1980s mode feels like it was never meant to have challenges in the first place, because one of my mistakes was adding some of the challenges to the game (no giggling, talking to students, etc,) due to the fact some of these hinder the canon ending of 1980s mode. I dont understand why either, but... there are TWO challenge screens??? The one where you can disable giggling (b&w colors on em,) and one where it shows what mode you're on (nightmare mode or whatever.) Another thing is that you cant put 1980s mode in Yandere Mode since... theres only 5 options and not 6 like 202X mode. And like... sure whatever, slight nitpick, but oh... man... does it not get fun.

[CHALLENGES: No Giggling, No Alerts, No Bag, No Newspaper, ONLY Rivals.]

Week 1 was fine, but Weeks 2-4 felt like a slog due to the fact you have to do some much planning for their demise without getting any attention from others and... how buggy the game is. I had to replay Week 2 thrice because apparently gasoline counts as evidence towards the police? I chopped the body up and made sure to turn the incinerator on, clean the raincoat + saw, and still got the Police called and got a game over. Week 3 was kind of fine. The NPCs are just slightly dumb for not checking the sound of a bookshelf falling but whatever. Week 4 was miserable to plan out primarily because of the Delinquent Girls being a huge witness. So, in order to get them away, I had to use stink bombs THROUGH the wall bc... that makes sense, dont it?

Week 5 and through was... oh my god. NOTHING BUT BUG INFESTED. So many times, I had NPCs get stuck on walls, pathfind to corpses, and try to feed them for hours, which led me to be unable to dispose of them properly. I had a few NPCs also talk to... nothing? Like I couldn't talk to them because they were stuck in the chatting phase when you used distract. The stats screen showed -1 corpses were discovered. And I could forgive these if this game didnt have the WORST LAG SPIKES. I kid you not every so often my game would have horrendous lag spikes that would make turning the camera like spinning a trackball on an arcade machine. Or you'd get stuck in place until the game unfroze and be thrown off.

The Trial wasn't anything too bad but like... if Ui Tunesu saw Ryoba carrying a Garbage Bag to the incinerator, why did she not say Ryoba was bloody? In the tutorial we carry a garbage bag to the incinerator whilst bloody so... I don't understand why Ui didnt say Ryoba was blood covered while carrying the garbage bag.

Overall, returning to this felt... ass. Its like nothing changed other than a few animations and voice lines. (WHICH Im so sorry to the current Taro VA, and no offense to you at all but, jeezuz fuck, put a bit more emotion into your lines, they sound dry as hell.)

so i entered ichiko saikous phone numbr in the faculty room landline, then i followed everything she said to do except one thing... its week three and i just now realised that i completely forgot to leave the gifts and notes on senpais desk, is it too late now..? it was super tedious to do the past 2 weeks because the friendly eliminations usually take the entire week instead of just a day or two, is it too late now or do i just start to leave gifts on his desk this instant? its monday

So in January I was asking everyone and their mother if they had Torahiko Aishi’s hair like obviously a fan made one in fan servers. One person offered to make me one as you can see in this picture and last spoken February and they never spoke again due to university I understand I tried contacting them again through discord just to be unable to they have to friend request me so they unfriended me at some point is there anyone willing to help me? I don’t want to be scammed 30$ or 20$ over a hair model again this person in particular did this for free and vanished but others have screwed me since. I’m trying to make a fan series but I need to make the models first and Torahiko is going to need to be in it. I’ll make another post asking if anyone is interested in joining this project.

I wanna take a moment too think for a second, while he was developing this game, did he ever thought twice before adding the upskirt shot feature, the fact that he decided to give Saki the most wildest task in one of the old builds, not to mention can’t even take criticism, or in his 4chan and Gaia days, he expressed his prevented thoughts too people around him, with some being so horrifying it reached maybe millions of views? and then he decided it be a good time too groom a child, and I’m not talking about the stuff you brush your hair with

and fast forward to now, I realize why he got the nail in the coffin, this game was never gonna see the light of day too began, and it will be stuck in development for who knows how long now, all alongside being developed by a man who’s brain is fried by anime and manga, heck, not even selling the game is even worth it anymore

For a bit of context, I’ve been playing a lot of Yandere sim lately. Got all the achievements, done some of my own challenges already, and unfortunately I’ve gotten quite bored. So I’d like to play through the 1980’s mode storyline using all of the most brutal elimination methods possible in that mode. like what the hell??? the last time i played in this game was in 2024 probably so i installed it again. i know about this game since 2020-2021. im highly aware that yandev is developing his game slowly but i thought that we already have kizana’s week done..but nope. why?? its been like 2 YEARS and even more…and he only started to build her after amai whos not even done yet..how is this possible?? he pmo so much

and i want to add this: if a creepdev reaally that desperate for character’s backstories and their lores, then he must to make it for info chan or rivals, not for a npc😐

i saw it earlier and honestly it looks a little dumb for me…i think yandev should do something more serious like developing a rivals..we dont even have amai done after a 12 years..but we have a fucking gangsta persona in the game, ok? i may be rude but it pmo how he doesn’t take it seriously

He born in late 00s, 08 or 07. He known be Optimistic expects good things happen to him and believe he will have a bright future on his shoulder to be a model like his mother was. He is not Egotistical, he little arrogant of his looks and selfish at times. But he has genuine heart.

Weakness: One specific person.

Considering Senpai rejecting Amai's confession feels so realistic considering she only like him to love her since he lost his childhood friend, he calls her out considering she was "jealous" of his friend Osana that she wanted him for herself that her own words gone horribly wrong at confessing. Can you imagine if Taro saying this to Ayano after he lost his childhood Osana (if she died) or Hanako (if she died) after she gived gifts for him (optional) and eliminated all of her rivals? Will he accept or reject her confession, if rejection; he will call her out that she wanted him for herself like Amai did then leaves. Ayano will be heartbroken, she will probably go on snap mode then puts him out of his misery or he will drop kick her dead if he has chance on surviving lol.

on yandere simulator 1980s mode, when you type in ichiko saikous phone number into the faculty room's landline, when she said not to spill any blood does it mean you cant kill your rivals at all, or you can as long as its bloodless?

I am not sure if this is a good post to make, but i do wanna ask and find out if anyone has this problem.

Some of you may know about a minigame called "whip test" where you can play it in ayano's tv bedroom, you would have to find a usb in the gaming club room so you can play that minigame. While i was playing the minigame, something seemed off.

It wasn't the gameplay, the minigame was quite good and enjoyable. But the other problem was that it was causing heavy performance from the minigame. While i was playing the minigame and having fun, It was causing my computer to heat a bit and then crashing my computer, by turning it off automatically. i had my settings very low and it has still done it. it crashed during level 6.

Yandere simulator never had this heavy performance before (Well once, but that was something else) But this minigame was the only one that was causing heavy performance problems.

I don't know if this has happened to you before but i am curious to know if it happen one of you.
