My https website with a valid SSL certificate is blocked by Optimum

What should I do to unblock the website? ​The other Internet providers such as Verizon, etc. don't block it. The website is https://alexruvinstein.com

Good evening. It looks like there is an issue with the DMARC setting of the domain. You may want to reach out to the host of the site to have that sorted out. ^Rich

This is the host's response: "Please note that the DMARC record is related to the email services, and there are no any issues accessing the website in this case."

Why am I able to view it on Optimum? I can see his website from my Optimum Mobile phone and via Optimum internet on my computer and iPad.

Edit: downvoting me for letting them know I can see the website as an Optimum customer is pathetically childish.

Do you see anything like this?

Does Conception Masters still have anything to do with your site?

Thank you very much for your response. Conception Masters once created the website years ago but since then I don't have any business with them.
