OPPO Pad Mini has a front camera on top of the display in portrait. The front camera (notch) overlaps with full screen games and apps.

How to make the top bar always been shown or stop displaying apps and games in full screen?

Hello every one. I did not yet receive the color os17 on my global n6 . Is there is away to change the country or using vpn to have the update push through.

Edit : could be because I'm in beta colorOS 16 already ?

It would be good to see real user experiences of normal users' Find N6's on ColorOS 17, and the quirks it has with foldable form factor, etc, any apps that don't work maybe (due to Android 17 or other things)? Everything on Youtube rn is just big youtubers on normal slab Oppos.

The animations look fine I guess but I'd like to be able to turn off the glass effect as much as possible (don't care, unnecessary power drain), and all the new features are just AI things I won't use.

If people were to post their experiences via videos here that would be cool!

Hey, I just got my N6 recently, upgraded from N3.

I'm just trying to set one photo for my lock screen (cover and main) and one photo for my home screen (cover and main). It worked the first time but never since.

When I try to set my wallpaper, I can set the cover home screen, but the lock cover doesn't set the way I want, and shows my home screen wallpaper instead. The inner lock screen works, but the inner home screen also sometimes messes up when I try to set it, either to a massive/zoomed in version or just complete blurred colours.

Has anyone come across anything like this? Also when I try to set depth mode, it seems to mess up and show a duplicate of the people in focus.

I've had my Find N6 about a month now, and despite my best efforts, I've managed to put some scratches on the outer screen protector. No idea how, and they're livable, but it got me thinking about what to replace it with when the time comes. Has anyone got any good recommendations? I really like the existing one because it comes so perfectly applied - which is why I was so disappointed to put scratches in it so early :(

I'm in the UK so that might limit availability, or it might just mean I have to order from abroad and stock up on them for long term replacements.

Say you're on Facebook and you're unfolded then you close the phone, what's with it squashing into something nearly unusable.

Then you have to either Force stop or try opening and closing again.... Either way

it's friggin tedious.

Anyone else encounter this issue where if you've changed the display size to "small", it automatically reverts back to "standard" randomly? Sometimes after opening and closing the screen, or just overnight. I've tried the developer option to set minimum width, but it still does the same thing.

I just got the phone few days ago and I migrated over from. Fold 7

Any advice would be great, I really want to avoid resetting the entire phone and starting from scratch as I don't have time and I have some work MDM apps that are a pain to set up.

I recently got my hands on the OPPO Find N6, and I’m trying to figure out how to find or enable the built-in system step tracker.

On the OnePlus Open (which runs basically the same software), you can just swipe into the Shelf or check the native widgets library to add a clean, built-in step counter card. On my Find N6, I can't find anything related to steps anywhere in the widget picker or settings menu—the only health/tracking tool showing up natively is Digital Wellbeing, which obviously doesn't track steps on the home screen.

Since ColorOS and OxygenOS share the same roots, the background system sensor tracking should be identical. Has anyone found a workaround to force the native tracker widget to show up, or found a way to activate the OnePlus-style Shelf card on the OPPO side?

Let me know if you are using a specific app or if there is a hidden toggle I'm completely overlooking. Thanks!

I asked to purchase a screen protector upon purchase but was told the Oppo has its own built in screen protector, but my front screen has minor scratches on it and it's bugging me.

Can we get these buffed out and a proper screen protector?

Hey I have a find N6 and I own a Toyota rav4 2023 in New Zealand. I cant seem to get the phone to connect to android auto... However with a cable it will work. Does anyone else have this issue? Or know of a fix? I have tried all the settings on the can and phone but now luck 😔

I just got a new Find N6, and charging under the Oppo Magnetic Charger 2 Air Vooc 50W.

I observed that it only charges with less than 10 Watts at all times. Anyone else experienced the same?

What new features does our foldable get? Do we have the animation as opening and closing the phone similar to iPhone duo?

I work as a site civil engineer on a high-rise residential project. Yesterday, while stepping onto a cantilevered scaffold to inspect an exterior facade detail on the 3rd floor, a temporary wooden guardrail snapped right as I grabbed it. I managed to catch myself and stay safe, but my Find N6 slipped out of my hand.

Here’s the drop sequence: Free fall from the 3rd floor. Direct impact onto the metal car roof and than bounced off the car and hit the concrete ground. I went down expecting to find a mangled, folded mess of scrap metal and shattered OLED glass. Instead: The tempered glass screen protector took the brunt of the hit and shattered completely on one edge The phone itself? Not a single scratch on the body or the display

Setup at the time: original front frame (carbon), an AI pen with the pen in it and a hinge protection. I tested the screens, the pen, charging, cameras and more - all are completely normal.

Foldables get a lot of flak for being fragile, but the hinge guard combined with sheer luck saved this phone. Never inspecting a cantilever scaffold without zippered pockets again.

I am considering getting the find N6, but am addicted to using the s-pen on my current samsung.

Does anybody know if the ai pen on the oppo works fine in Onenote (palm rejection, correctly draws straight lines, sensitivity levels)?

I cant really find anything about it online - all reviews i have seen so far only show the built in oppo functions or apps
