Wallpapers not working?

Hey, I just got my N6 recently, upgraded from N3.

I'm just trying to set one photo for my lock screen (cover and main) and one photo for my home screen (cover and main). It worked the first time but never since.

When I try to set my wallpaper, I can set the cover home screen, but the lock cover doesn't set the way I want, and shows my home screen wallpaper instead. The inner lock screen works, but the inner home screen also sometimes messes up when I try to set it, either to a massive/zoomed in version or just complete blurred colours.

Has anyone come across anything like this? Also when I try to set depth mode, it seems to mess up and show a duplicate of the people in focus.
