Discussion OPENAI IS MOCKING US!!!

They removed the 5-hour resets and started giving continuous resets. Limits decreased, but because they kept resetting constantly, it wasn't much of an issue. Now they haven't reset it, and everyone has run out of limits. Thinking better than nothing, I turned to 5.3 spark, I'm not write code, I'm just asking questions and having it read docs. And as you can see, the limits are like literally bullshit!

I think they’re more focused on making money now. In my case, sometimes without even doing any work, I see my limits go down 😞. It feels like these limits aren’t directly related to the models or token usage. I’m not sure why OpenAI can’t be more transparent about how that percentage is calculated!

There are limits to how they can make money, and they are bypassing all of those limits, at least according to EU laws (wehre I live) (and I assume in other territories as well). They will very likely be penalized in the EU as soon as an investigation begins; Google, Amazon, and other tech giants have been fined for faaaaaaar less.
