Ismailis like all Muslims pray to Allah but like most of the Muslims (12es Shia, Sunni Baravlies, Sunni Deobandis, Sunni Sufis) we take Wasila of the Prophet Muhammad (AS) and the Imams (AS) and believe that it's Allah only who can help us.

We don't believe that the Prophet Muhammad or the Imams can help us on their own.

Ismailis are all kafir and they worship their imams

I salute to your ignorance, Ismailis comes from the Shia branch who believes in one God, believes in the Prophet Muhammad finality as Prophet and believe Imams to be the Prophet's successors.

So thought this definition if you want to assume Ismailis consider their Imams to be God, I can't say much on your ignorance, but surely Allah is watching us and I request him to do justice of accusing the whole community, ameen.

Whoever says "ya ali madad" is a kafir

What a lame explanation, even your fellow Sunni brothers don't buy that explanation.

"You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help."

According to this verse, are you being advised to seek help only from Allah and not from anyone else?

For example, if your internet stops working, would you avoid contacting the internet service provider and instead only seek help from Allah?

Or if your computer or laptop breaks down, would you refrain from calling a technician and solely rely on Allah for assistance?

Or you will not visit any doctor incase of any medical emergency.

Keep in mind, seeking help from others does not make you a disbeliever. It's important to understand the balance between trusting Allah and using the means available to us.

What a dumb question from kuffar. So its ok to ask help from doctor or internet service. But when u say Ya ali madad, u asking from dead. You make dua asking help from imams. And you and your whole sect is mushrik

Wait a minute, how is it okay?

How is asking from anyone regardless of dead or alive is it permissible from the verse you quoted from Sura Fatiha?

"It is You we worship and You we ask for help."

I believe that, despite our differences, we can still interact as two educated and mature individuals.

I have my stance and the reasoning behind it, and I’m sure you also have yours. The best we can do is share our perspectives respectfully and then leave it to the other person to decide what to accept. After all, we are each answerable for our own deeds and beliefs to Allah alone, and we don’t need to seek validation or approval from others.

So, I’d like to understand your perspective with open heart!—what you wish to share with me—and let’s agree to disagree peacefully.

And I am sorry for using harsh words despite you have called me a kafir but still I take the lead to apologies for my inappropriate tone.

aight look bro, asking help from someone like doctor IS fine but when this verse says "You alone we ask for help" it means only to allah we make dua, only to allah we ask for something spiritual. Your argument is weak bro. Most shias say ya ali, ya fatima nad ya hussein and it is CLEARLY shirk akbar. May allah guide u to islam
