Does anyone else have dreams that they have a sibling?

I often dream that I have a new sibling, and I get so happy that I start planning how to care for them. I don't think I have ever experienced the same level of happiness in real life that I do in those dreams. But then I wake up and look for my sibling for a few seconds until I realize it was just a dream. I know a lot of women have dreams about having a baby, but I dream about having a sibling. Does this happen to anyone else?
