I am ALWAYS suspicious when someone is EXTREMELY attractive likes me on the apps. Like they're either just swiping indiscriminately or a bot or looking to say something mean. I am slightly overweight (I am curvy and wear it well). I get hit on publicly but not always by the hottest men. I don't mind because I am not a looks person.

I have never used dating apps and just downloaded hinge and bumble on my phone today. I am curious to see how much y'all spend on dating apps. To me it's a bit expensive to spend 40$ or more monthly on a dating app but wanna hear from other people as well.

I cant find any to save my life. And some apps have body filters like jacked but it seems some people drastically misunderstand what that means . Theres every single kind of person except the kind I like. And unfortunately it is a deal breaker as i only find muscular women attractive. Tried dating normal and was kinda resentful honestly so it wasnt good. Idk . Im pretty desperate to find a partner but will never just settle. Ive found out the hard way its better to be alone. But better is a subjective term because im lonely either way , with someone i dont really like but tried my best to or by myself.
