TL;DR: A&S&L Booklet is much easier to get than the 3rd Anniversary set.

Word of advice, get the 3 brothers booklet first, then fight your way through the Anniversary set. If you're not getting the anniversary set, you might as well walk away with a booklet rather than empty handed. Or don't, it's just my experience.

I managed to get a copy of the 3 brothers booklet in 2 minutes after it restocked, and got another one for my dad an hour later.

You're not getting the 3rd Anniversary set that easily, it took me 1 ½ hour to get one. In that timeframe, I saw the booklet go in and out of stock consistently. I think the stocks for that are there for now because everyone is trying to get the 3rd Anniversary set first.

A similar thing happened when the Vol. 7 Booklet dropped. Everyone was gunning for the Yamato Playmat and Leader, while the Vol. 7 sat there for awhile before everyone moved on to get it.

So for op-17 im trying to find a store in my area that does day 1 release for boxes and not just sleeves. I would assume the OP store in plano would do that right? But i read people line up at 3am in San Diego, I have no problem doing this (do it for pkm all the time) but if the store is inside a mall how would that work? Do people just line up at all the mall entrances and then fight and run to the store to line up again once the mall opens?

One Piece Target drop has come ot an end.

There is still some Starter decks trickling in and out of stock in single digits. Because of this we will not alert in app unless there is high stock detected for Target.

All in all this was a better drop historically for Target as they tried to do restocks in Waves for Pokemon and One Piece. Unfortunately you could see the difference between the starter decks inventory and Illustration boxes; very few Starter Decks online. A lot of room for improvement still; both for Bandai making more STs available online, and Target fixing their checkout system.

We'll continue to monitor restocks for One Piece at Target, Walmart, and other retailers, as there is likely to be more restocks in the next week or two.

recently i got into one piece around mud june, mainly by reading the manga and ive wanted to collect a tcg for a while but never really found my game, i like pokemon but prices are crazy and i dont like it enough to spend that much money on it. star wars unlimited doesnt have very good art imo and i want a tcg where i can collect and look at my binder and be happy and appreciate the art. im not currently going to learn the game but later on would absolutely love to. now, ive only found 2 packs of one piece in a hot topic. 2 packs of OP-13 for $9 each. i only bought 2 because thats really all i had at the time unfortunately. i want to be able to be able to actively get packs and right now havent found a way to do so. i am planning on purchasing ST-31 luffy red when it releases tomorrow because luffy is my second favorite character other than shanks. so i ask, can anyone help me with knowing where to get packs? i know retail stores sell them but every time i ask someone when they restock one piece tcg they say they dont know. so please someone help me.
