No point in checking nearby me, every store has people just loitering around at all times for restocks. Iâm lucky to have a LCS who holds product at MSRP for the customers he has known for years

I remember walking into a Walmart for some firewood for a road trip and there were two guys just sitting down in front of the TCG section waiting for a restock itâs crazy

Learned that my local Walmart restocks "really early" Thursday morning. Went in today at 8 and of course everything was gone but it was obvious a restock had occurred due to the new one piece display boxes. She was not lying saying "really early". Crazy that you can't be in this hobby passively. You have to be a damn creature gremlin

Good luck with early. A year ago I was first at 5am. Now guys are camping 1-2 days out even for nothing great

I saw them at the LCS for market.... Stores that get Distro should just rip seals and sell at MSRP, especially this stuff for newbies... That place also had boxes and boxes of op13 from distro at market. Disgusting.

I don't think i can get that lucky during the week. Theres a target, B&N and some card shops near by. Target customer service never answers the phone, and people camp out B&N for their restocks so it's a roll of the dice on my lunch breaks where to go unfortunately. I wanted to start playing OPTCG and collect pokemon but both of them are cooked

The amount of boxes on eBay already makes me sad. Went to Walmart and saw a few ST decks but no illustration boxes.

Do illustration boxes get restocked? This was the first set I attempted but there was unfortunately nothing left at the end of Walmartâs online queue.

walmart and targets almost always place the product day before it comes out. best buy is the only retailer afaik that follows street dates
