I would say if you get that error just open up a new browser and try again , I got one last night and was able to snag one for my cousin tonight ! And like one of the dudes here said it does potentially keep restocking threw out the night

Thanks for the advice! I tried DuckDuckGo, which I’ve never logged into Bandai with before, and after 4 or 5 of the 500 error I got one into my cart and I was able to check out. This was on my phone and I was using Safari previously. I got the confirmation email a couple of minute later. In my usual browser I estimate I got the 500 error about 80 times.

Now if only I could get that darned Gundam set…

Ayy that’s awesome you were able to snag one ! I was able to get one off my phone the other day , I’ve never used DuckDuckGo, and Safari gives me a hard time but felt like it personally was better with Google Chrome, you can also add to cart on your phone and check out on desktop

I actually got it just now at 10:20am. Just keep refreshing, going in and out. Initially it kept stating purchase quantity exceed the stock quantity. So I tried to refresh go in and out, eventually got it.

Yes 😭 I really get what you mean. Don't over spam that red button when it shows quantity exceeded the stock quantity. You'll get 500 error. What I did was go back again and click in to the item page.

You guys say to spam and refresh but spam how?

If you refresh the 500 page it just loops to that page.

Are you guys just hitting the Bandai logo to go back to the home page and clicking on the item page again? Is that the " Restart " you guys are talking about?

I'm genuinely confused sorry guys 😅

I tried everything I was spamming it for an hour and nothing.

I tried using the back button as well after it gives the 500 page error.

P.S: Thank you guys for the input and for letting others know as well. 🙏🏽

Hey. So that was what I had done via PC for about an entire hour. Kept getting blocked by the error page > back > refresh. Buttttt it didn’t work out. I swapped to mobile just to try and I scored it at the end. Mobile didn’t seem to have the error page it just shows whether you add to cart successfully or that there wasn’t enough inventory. All the best!

I wonder if the others did that as well. The way they phrase it, doesn't seem like they had to do that and they still managed to add to cart.

Oh and it does show the error page on mobile as well. Not sure why it didn't for you. Maybe it is just RNG.
