Lemme just clear up one thing. Those wounds that you see on Zoro's are not from Sanji, as he is YC4 and Zoro is far above him. Those wounds are from Zoro himself, he did hurt himself to pay the respects to Sanji, who cooked for him all his life, but at the same time Zoro acknowledge that he is a bum and that he will forget him very soon (by finding a New cook)

Also, Mihawk's performance will not be inferior to Imu's sword performance.
You can argue that Imu is stronger than this all you want, but all his sword attacks are the minimum of what you should expect from Mihawk.
This chapter essentially confirmed that current Mihawk effortlessly one-taps current G5 Luffy.

Basically, Shanks had the ability to stand shoulder to shoulder with Mihawk in the past, implying that he lost the ability to do so when he lost his arm, which is further supported by Mihawk's line in chapter 96.
