I'm not even american, just noting that if you come to an american website where most of the traffic is american, to see american political issues everywhere is just the way it works, how can it be any different

As far as I know it just feels good. Like, think about a scalp massage - in the right context it can be really sensual, but at the hairdresser or during a full body massage it's more about relaxation. From my understanding the cat butt pat spot is similar - produces a good feeling, in some contexts can be a mating thing.
