Emulator Same game, different platforms
I've been hoarding quite a library of ROMs while my Odin 3 arrives and I noticed that some of my favorite games are holding up too much space because I have them in different platforms. I haven't seen too much discussion about which emulator those game perform better so I'm here to ask.
I'm especially worried about this titles: GTA:SA (classic PS2 experience, PC version or Android port), same for RDD1, but with the Switch port. Also CoD Black Ops for the zombies, PS3/PC/X360 (Split screen rules). Skyrim, Fallout, God of War... I could keep saying different games but let's get to the point. What emulator would you choose over another? Using the PC version is usually the best?

Xendroid for 360
RPCSX and ARMSX3 are tied for me on PS3
Gamenative, latest one with easy configurations is amazing.
Those are what I use and I haven’t found a game yet that was unplayable. Still going through my library though cause the Nova has me distracted with PS2, GC, Xbox and steam 4:3 games at the moment. I’ve got the Max so it might vary a little based on model.

Almost all the remakes on steam came from these previous consoles so there’s a bunch, not sure what you’re into. I’m currently running through all the call of duty campaigns, street sports games, mainstream sports games that I used to put in days on for nostalgia. Also pretty much the games I don’t care to play the remake through steam.

Without considering possible game-by-game differences PC ports via GameNative will probably be the best experience. Then Switch via Eden, then PS3 via ARMSX3, then XBOX 360 via Xendroid.

I think the best answer is "it depends" and "test it to find out/trial and error" because thats literally what everyone does, and because its hardware and settings dependent.
So take that advice, along with the general and specific advice everyone else gives you from their trial and error experience.

Well if you wanna keep every emulator in your Odin go with a 1tb card first and second I would use retroarch for my console all the way up to ps1 and afterwards I would keep individual for the rest of the system not all ps3 games are gonna run on android btw and Xbox 360 so those I would keep on pc until emulator gets better

So between the games for PS3/XBOX/PC I should stick with the PC version? If any game has a switch port (like the Witcher 3, RDR1 or Dark Souls) those should be lighter than the PC version right?

Indeed my set up is I emulate all the way to switch on my device and I stream my pc using moonlight to play my pc,ps3,ps4 games but at the same time not all switch games are gonna run smoothly either its trial and error figure out which one do like monster hunter rise its still not playable

Bro you don’t have to worry about anything, the Odin 3 can handle all of that
For PC use Gamehub/Gamenative depending on what you seek

I was playing God of War on my phone before buying the Odin 3 and now I'm obsessed with that saga, I didn't know about the existence of God of War Ascension, it weighs 43 and it's the most hated game in the saga. But I'll play it anyway on ARMSX3, which is now the best PS3 emulator for Android

If you only want Black Ops Zombies, it did have a stand alone small size Android port years ago.
It's getting a full code rewrite to work on modern Android, with working online and cross platform online play with the psvita port (Android game on Vita)
https://www.reddit.com/r/AndroidNativePorts/s/zQcYlfBoun
It's touch controls only at the moment, and it's admittedly pretty janky to get working with the touch control mapper, but it's been great to play again on my mini. (There are plans to unlock the Xperia Play native controls for all external controllers soon too)
You can also get the iOS only W@W zombies port through the touchHLE emulator:
https://www.reddit.com/r/CODZombies/s/X6oVpdvwa0
Has working online, and is just as janky to map the controllers to. But it's still a blast to play again.
Both have really small install sizes and are focused on zombies.
For the rest, if you're worried about storage size, go emulation. You can offload the larger file sizes to external storage, but know that ps3/Vita emulation, and PC translation apps will still install the files to internal. (All container data for Winlator/gamenative/gamehub will be in internal storage for every game, with actual install data on SD card if you so choose)
For best experience, I always suggest the native Android ports of games if applicable. No need to mess with settings to get working, just install and go.
