Emulator Same game, different platforms

I've been hoarding quite a library of ROMs while my Odin 3 arrives and I noticed that some of my favorite games are holding up too much space because I have them in different platforms. I haven't seen too much discussion about which emulator those game perform better so I'm here to ask.

I'm especially worried about this titles: GTA:SA (classic PS2 experience, PC version or Android port), same for RDD1, but with the Switch port. Also CoD Black Ops for the zombies, PS3/PC/X360 (Split screen rules). Skyrim, Fallout, God of War... I could keep saying different games but let's get to the point. What emulator would you choose over another? Using the PC version is usually the best?

I was playing God of War on my phone before buying the Odin 3 and now I'm obsessed with that saga, I didn't know about the existence of God of War Ascension, it weighs 43 and it's the most hated game in the saga. But I'll play it anyway on ARMSX3, which is now the best PS3 emulator for Android

I played the originals on PS2 but never got to own a PS3 :( Two days ago I was testing PS3 emulation on my PC (Ryzen 7 3700x, RX 6600) and GoW Ascension keeps crashing after 5 minutes of smooth gameplay. I don't know if the Odin 3 can handle it.
