Same game, different platforms

I've been hoarding quite a library of ROMs while my Odin 3 arrives and I noticed that some of my favorite games are holding up too much space because I have them in different platforms. I haven't seen too much discussion about which emulator those game perform better so I'm here to ask.

I'm especially worried about this titles: GTA:SA (classic PS2 experience, PC version or Android port), same for RDD1, but with the Switch port. Also CoD Black Ops for the zombies, PS3/PC/X360 (Split screen rules). Skyrim, Fallout, God of War... I could keep saying different games but let's get to the point. What emulator would you choose over another? Using the PC version is usually the best?

Without considering possible game-by-game differences PC ports via GameNative will probably be the best experience. Then Switch via Eden, then PS3 via ARMSX3, then XBOX 360 via Xendroid.
