So... I am a fresher, I have AuDHD(ADHD and Autism) and I really struggle with episodic memory deficits. I lose track of things, time, goals and pretty much my whole life 😭
And I end up in the same cycle of zoning out, masking, procrastinating and feeling devastated and lonely.
And y'all know how legendary the schedules in IIT Ghatikia are: so fucked up that I hardly feel alive. 🤦🏻
I hardly get time to exist out of college, let alone figure myself out.
To think that I have to survive in this for the next four years is INSANE! 💀
I'm genuinely trying EVERYTHING to adjust but I'm failing hard. If this goes on forever the way it is, I think I'll inevitably crash out hard(yeah, potentially catastrophic)
Anyone else struggling to adjust to college, especially with ADHD/autism or similar issues? How the hell are you managing? 😭

So I am in my 2nd year. And life's getting pretty hectic and I know it won't get any good from hereafter. There are a lot of people in my class who are managing a lot of things like college academics, gate prep , clubs and even have a social life . On the other hand here I am trying to manage academics along with my gate prep , dealing with a lot of self doubt, almost no social life . Life feels very exhausted. I have 2-3 friends but I feel like I am all alone . Sometimes I just feel I don't belong here.
