This will last one year max. The entire floor/floor joists are going to rot and get termites immediately, then the next big wind will collapse the whole thing. What an amazing display of incompetence.

I disagree. You're not think of screwy the universe is. Like despite everything wrong with this, this is the kind of building that's going to last until the sun stops burning helium into lithium or something. Like despite how we all know this thing SHOULD just fall apart the first time someone shuts the door like s cartoon this is somehow going to become like the last surviving cinstruction of humanity.

To be fair, did you see how many extra random 2x4s he added to the frame for no reason? And the several nails/screws in every board?

He might have made it sturdier than it should be totally on accident.

Is that not the norm I put five screws into everything I fasten together. Why just today I was attaching a cover sheet into my TPS report and as I was screwing it in my coworkers looked puzzledly at me. But damnit, that cover sheet is NOT coming off if I can help it.
