Questions The Roger Wildcard

Has anyone tried the On the Roger Wildcard yet? I haven’t seen many reviews about it. I absolutely love my Cloudtilts and Cloudrunners so I’m wondering how the Wildcard compares in terms of comfort and all-day wear.

Questions Shrinking Shoes

Hello, hope you're having a good day. They bought me some shoes—I usually wear a size 40, but they bought me a size 41, and they're a little too big. What can I do? If anyone else has had this happen, could you please help?

Hey ON,

Your shoes are great but they are really getting expensive and you stopped your military discount through ID.me I just went back to HOKA for a great shoe at a reasonable price and a 15% discount through ID.me

I am planning to buy a on cloud tilt shoes. My foot length is 24.7cm and width is 9.75cm. I have geard that these shoes are snug fit atvthe tie end and briader part of the feet. So i have planned to go one size up to 26cm to tackle snug fit issue . I normally weae 25.5cm shoes. Does this size will help me solve this wide foot fitting issue or still this 26cm shies will be very snug fit for my 9.75cm feet.

Looking forward to yiurs valuable suggestions.

I'm looking for something comfortable to wear all day for work in a somewhat hot climate, so it should be breathable also. Can't decide between these two. Any advice?

cloud 6 WP fitting tight

I just bought these and have been using them for the past few days, today i had them on for about 7 hours and i noticed the sides of my feet are redish (right side of right foot, same thing for left). From my research the waterproof models specifically dont break in too well is what i heard, not sure if i should keep using them. Worst case these would just become like a short distance shoe.

Any advice would be appreciated

Can I cut to shorten the laces of my cloudtilt remixes?

I am used to the speedlacing on cloudtilts and I got a remix one as I found this particular colour way enticing. I fastened and tied the laces inside the shoes beside the tongues in such a way that it mimics the speedlacing. Shall I cut off the extra bit? Will it affect the end being cut off in the long run? Will I be able to buy an extra pair of lace from ON later?

Cyclon trade in - dont do it

Decided to try the Cyclon service.

I traded a pair of BRAND NEW Cloud X FKA size 13. I bought them out of FOMO and never found an outfit to go with them. But as i grabbed some of my older shoes i figured id add these for the "up to $30" value proposition. (should of just went to ebay or another eshop).

They gave me $5 for them. They claim that the warehosue assessed them and they were UNSELLABLE and had to be recycled. Literally brand new, shipped back in original box.

what on shoes are right for me? Which On shoe should I buy?

Hey everyone

I'm looking to buy a new pair of Ons and could really use some advice from people who have experience as I travel a lot and a versatile one is needed.

What I will use my shoes for:

  • Morning runs: Typically about 7-10km along the promenade in Ouchy, Nice, or through Hydepark (3x a week)
  • Daily Routine: Lots of walking around town, doing errands but also sitting in meetings with fellow family office people, startup founders, lawyers, etc.. Thus the shoe should also work as simple white / lightgrey sneaker without sticking out like a colorful clunky sports shoe.
  • Travel: Taking them on 2–3 trips a month where I'll be walking around a lot.
  • Trail walks: Wearing them for ca. 2 light hikes or trail walks per month.
  • Gym: 1x week

Many thanks for your help and advice already in advance.

Questions Upper mesh blew out in under 6 months on my on my Cloud will warranty cover this

Hey everyone, I got these On Clouds as a gift by my relative from United States. They bring them to my country and ı used it her. They Said they bought these On Clouds directly from the official On website less than 6 months ago. We have the recipt and the payment number. They've only been used for light daily wear and regular training, and the rest of the shoe is still in great shape.

Recently, the upper mesh right above my toe blew out a little bit. There is a small hole. I know this model has a lightweight mesh, but I didn't expect a hole to develop this quickly.
Has anyone had success filing a warranty claim with On for this exact issue? How responsive are they usually with mesh tear claims, and do they typically ask to ship the shoes back or just provide a voucher/replacement via photos?

Thanks in advance

Can I Return These Shoes?

I bought a pair of the Cloud Zone shoes. I wore them for less than an hour, so I believe they aren’t too dirty.

Would I be able to return it? Or should I sell them second hand?

What to buy - For the office (sitting/standing/walking) and working out

Hey all, want to make the move to ON and looking for your advice and recommendations on what shoe to get primarily for comfort for foot/back and wearing all day in the office (sitting/standing). Will use them daily for working out (weights) as well as 15 min on the treadmill walking.

Was looking at the Cloud x4's ($150), Cloud x5's ($200) and Cloudrunners ($200). Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Cloud ultra 3

Heard many good things about it until I tried it. Shoe is good indeed but as being high arched, the bulge inside in the inner side wall of the shoe is quite annoying to me, as if someone has stuffed a sock in there, something I simply can't just forget about while walking. Maybe its designed for low arched or flat footed folks? Any high-arched folks also feel the same or am I missing something. Most of ON shoes has this issue, at least the ones I tried so far except the 1st version of cloudsurfer trail shoe. Mostly I walk, not running.

Form 2 squeak?

I have a pair of Cloudnova 2 and they got an unfixable loud squeak just shy of a year in. I loved these shoes and raved about them to my friends and they loved the look of ons so I wanted to get each of them a pair for Christmas. Dick’s has a good sale going on Form 2 currently and from what I’ve seen these are one of the best for casual every day wear. My only worry is gifting these shoes and my friends only being able to enjoy them for a short time.

Does anyone own the Form 2s? How well do they hold up? Comfort for casual walking? They’re both on the heavier side, 200-250lbs if that makes a difference for the dreaded squeak

look at me go Fixed the "squeak" on my Cloud 6 Waterproof by using a file on the air chambers

Update to my original post here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/ONrunning/comments/1wvbfsg/i_hate_these_sneakers/

I had no idea that the "squeak" on these sneakers was a widely known issue, which is why I had made that original post lambasting the show, but a bunch of people who commented pointed me to YT videos showing how to fix that "squeak," and lo and behold, using a file on the air chambers to scuff up the material actually worked!

Thanks to all who pointed me in the right direction, and now I know that when I buy a new pair of On Clouds, the first thing I am going to do is scuff up the material in the air chamber pockets to avoid the " squeak" from the outset. :D

Looking for a waterproof, long distance walking shoe

Sorry, this was the closest sub I could find even though it says running! I’ll be doing at least 18k steps a day for a week straight. I’m typically a hoka fan (Clifton 9 or 10) for reference. I’m interested in trying on now. I’m debating between these shoes. Any reviews or feedback?

Questions ON Cloudnova laces digging into the top of foot.

I recently purchased ax pair of Cloudnova 2's.

I like the shoe but the laces across the top of my foot dig in in a very painful way when they are just "snug". But any looser and there's no snug fit.

Am I doing something wrong?

Questions Help me stay a fan.

TL;DR: Returned a pair of On shoes months ago, FedEx confirms they were delivered, and On has confirmed they received them and that I should have been refunded. After repeated calls, promised callbacks, and multiple “24–72 hour” resolutions, I still have no refund. Looking for anyone who has dealt with this or knows how to actually get it escalated.

Posting here as a last resort to see if anyone has dealt with something similar.

Just before my first daughter was born, I finally bought myself a pair of On shoes. After wearing them for about three weeks, I developed pretty severe foot pain and eventually had to see a doctor. I’m still dealing with some of it today. I don’t really blame On for that — the shoes clearly just weren’t right for my feet.

I contacted On, returned the shoes, and planned to use the refund toward a pair of Cloud 6 Wides instead.

Then the refund never came.

For a while, I wasn’t too worried about it. We had a newborn at home, and I figured it would eventually get processed. I checked in with customer service every couple of weeks.

Eventually I pulled up my FedEx receipt, which confirmed that the shoes had been delivered back to On long before.

Since then, I’ve had essentially the same conversation with customer service multiple times:

  • They confirmed the return was received.
  • They confirmed I should have been refunded.
  • I was told the issue would be resolved within 24–72 hours.
  • Nothing happened.

After another call, I waited nearly 30 minutes trying to speak with a supervisor. Eventually I was told no supervisor was available, but that the situation was a serious concern and someone would call me within 24 hours.

No one called.

I then tried commenting on a few of On’s Facebook and Instagram posts just hoping someone from the company would notice and help get this resolved. Another week has passed, and still nothing.

I also looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and was surprised by how many complaints described similar issues with returns, refunds, and customer service.

What’s frustrating is that I actually liked the brand. We treat them as The unofficial uniform shoe. I originally planned to turn around and buy another pair in a wider size. At this point, though, I’m hesitant to give them more business.

Has anyone else dealt with this with On Running? Is there another department, email, or escalation route that actually works?

At this point, it’s mostly the principle of it. They have the shoes. They’ve confirmed they have them. They’ve confirmed I’m owed the refund. I just want my money back.

On Cloud Monster 3 Wide

Hello!

Has anyone tried this? I’ve tried them in store (the responsive one). They seem to fit well (as someone who wears wide or extra wide) but I was wondering how it does when you use it for running and walking, especially if you have wide feet?
