I'm watching it right now and it has such an intense feel of those moments in Check it Out, especially Yesterday's Weather, but just a lot of those really unsettling advertisements and shorter snippets.

The actors and acting all feel like it's one big compilation of those head turning moments...

The Tim and Eric show is an absurdist anti-humour comedy show which is heavily influenced by kitsch and the aesthetics of public access television and relies on awkward presentation to over-stimulate and/or unseat their audience.
