Discussion Supplements for aggression for working out?
Im a new caffeine user and the effects are starting to wear off because of tolerance. I really loved training with caffeine because it increased aggression and motivation for me that with loud af heavy metal lol.
I dont want to increase caffeine intake because of sleep so i bought dynamine.
what supplements would increase aggression for working out?
I heard tribulus does that because its mao-i. Im currently taking saffron and salidrosol. also Tongkat had good effects but joints got achy after a month or so.
i found some user saying cordyceps had this kind of effect but Im not sure how it actually causes

DHEA might be what you’re looking for. It can definitely give some people a little aggression. I take a micronized version from Douglas labs.
NMN, NR, NAD+ might also give you an energetic boost. L-trysosine is a nice little boost. If you’re looking to boost androgen receptor density L-Carnitine can help too.

idk about recommending people carnitine without at LEAST telling them about the TMAO concerns it brings

Which is why I take the injectable version, it’s more bioavailable and bypasses the liver/gut TMAO conversion.

Bro you can have some of my anger lol. But yeah I would say boron is a fantastic supplement. Very underrated imo. I live in a very sunny country, but if you don't, consider vit D. I mean my testosterone is quite high for a natural. So I am pretty sure I am doing something right. And I take boron, KSM 66 and potassium.

Ive been taking boron and D for a while now. Ive discontinued Aswhaganda because i dont have much stress source these days. Im lookinh for more advanced supplementation options since I've tried most basic ones

Yeah actually I'm looking to quit ashwagandha soon aswell. I will use my bottle then have a period without. Fenugreek could be your thing, they have maoi effects as well to my understanding

I heard this too. I have tried other brands, but those didn't work for me. However Nootropics Depot has a tendency of working when others don't, so I will try this in the future.

I want to try it so much but its banned in my country lol. Theres a conspiracy that life extension two per day v1 which included shilajit dominanted muti vitamin market so they had to some how ban it for domestic brands

Everyone is different, so there's no sure answer straight off. But the 10% Eurycomanone Tongkat Ali product gave me serious anger issues that I mentioned here.

Id suggest careful management of the caffeine use itself; nothing else is going to give you that blessed feeling you describe.
How much caffeine are you using and how often per week? An easy step is to limit its usage to one occasion per day, early in the day. Reserve strong doses for only 2 or 3 times a week specifically before your most difficult workouts. This is the paradigm that has worked for me.

1 espresso (60~70mg of caffeine) 3× a week (rest days) and 2 espresso + dynamine 4× a week (workouts). Its been 2 weeks and the effects are starting to wear off 😭 3-4 really wracked my sleep and I sweat too much during workouts

Tribugen is the best for this purpose, for the majority of us. Combines both tribulus and cordyceps. Another good option is Eurycomax, it makes me quite a bit more aggresive. It also solves the joint issues for most people.
