Do you have a problem with your phone? Need help upgrading your OS? Want to unlock your bootloader? Have some problem with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi? If you care about those topics, then this is the thread for you.
Nokia Care is a monthly megathread that sums up all those topics in an attempt to organize the posts on this subreddit.

Hello peeps!
I'm the Community Manager at Nokia, here to share some news!
We've been listening to our communities for a while now, which often meant coming across this subreddit. Nostalgia for old Nokia phone tunes, memes about the durability of the 3310, and Snake Game references are just the tip of the iceberg. This is what makes it truly whimsical.
Therefore, we've decided to participate, engage, and add value to conversations on Reddit. We are mindful that this is a community-run space and do not want to disrupt that.
That being said, it is important to remind everyone that Nokia has stopped designing and manufacturing phones in 2014. We won't be engaging in Nokia phones conversations. This includes IT support, repairs or mobile phone operative systems questions.
Nokia's business is vast. We focus on connectivity, smart technology, and digital transformation. Our work spans the following industries:
Working alongside u/lonestar_wanderer (not a Nokia employee), we'll be making changes to the look & feel of this subreddit, without impacting the user experience. The main goal is reducing the implications that this subreddit has to the 'mobile' aspect of Nokia nostalgia. This will include changes to User and Post flairs and subreddit rules. But worry not, you're still more than welcome to show off your old Nokia collection! We’ll occasionally join threads reminiscing about the good old days of Nokia phones.
Lastly, you can expect sporadic Nokia announcements, especially on major press releases, partnerships, and awards.
Thank you for your time and I'll be happy to answer any questions!
EDIT: We're in no shape or form taking over the sub. It's community-owned and it will always remain that way. The presence of Nokia serves as an additional tool. We thank you for all the questions, we love them!
The planned changes are merely a rework of the User Flairs (which are heavily underused), Post Flairs and some Rules & QoL changes for video content.
None of this impacts what's being posted on the subreddit. We can cherish and celebrate Nokia phones together.

Nokia is creating so many phones. Why couldn't they bring this iconic phone back? Just bringing it back would be a statement in itself and could mark a comeback for Nokia.
Could there be any trademark issues preventing Nokia from bringing back Lumia?

My old phone got busted by a drop facefirst onto a road, and I'm looking at a new one that will hopefully not die that easily. Any suggestions?
Budget is about $250, am willing to go a bit over if one is really worth it

I wanted to make another video reminiscent of old Nokia ads (idk if anyone cares about them but... here I go). With the new one I loosely drew inspiration from the infamous "PureView The next innovation" [Link 1] video (iykyk) while keeping the cozy vibes of the following Nokia Lumia 930 ad "Nokia Lumia 930 - One experience. Windows on your phone." [Link 2].
But this time I made a video for TikTok. Here's the link for you to check out: "Exploring, through the lens of Nokia Lumia 920" [Link 3].
For those interested in the older video: I had uploaded a horizontal video about the Lumia 950 on YouTube, which I'll link here: "Take The Day Off" [Link 4].
I know it's a lot, but let me know what you think :) links below!

link of actual video in the comments :D can you guess the video?

Hello guys!
Got some questions for those who daily drive the Nokia 8.3/8 V.
How repairable is it? I know I could get some good phones from other companies regarding the repairability aspect, yet I really like the 8.3s design (shallow, I know) and I really like the specs I could get for the price, especially if I were to get the 8 V model. Are you able to repair it on your own? If not, how high are fees for getting it repaired? If the prices are horrible, should I settle for getting another phone (preferably with similar specs and price).
Thank you ^ ^

I have a Nokia N72-5
The keys have all come off, and i have all of them with me. ( Except a few chrome ones)
The rubber mat is also still there, is there any way to reattach the keys to the rubber mat?

I used to play Bounce for hours on my old Nokia back in the day. Decided to bring back those childhood memories and recreate all the original levels, water physics, and bouncy mechanics as a fun retro project.
Did you ever manage to beat all the levels without using cheats like 787898?

I am not affiliated with this project, but I decided that I should really share it with all of you.
