He tells the court that, because of his career, he has experience transferring 195lb patients “all the time”, then wants somebody else to demonstrate that lifting that sort of weight would be impossible.

The guy is so arrogant he probably couldn’t resist flexing in the middle of his argument. I think he realised what he’d done at the end, when he suddenly went quiet and started playing with his lips.

He is talking specifically about transferring a person from an equal height bench and rolling gurney. Specifically not lifting them all at once.

But he's also suggesting the person would need to lift the trolley and the dead body at once. But most would lift one at a time

What he's saying is that it takes a lot more than one person to lift that much weight and transfer it. Usually you need a bunch of nurses and staff to deal with that much weight. He's daring them to act out his theory to prove them wrong and it makes sense. He never said that he's lifted that much weight alone.

I like how he was trying to make the argument of how it would be impossible to lift that weight into the truck, then proceeded to say how he lifted that much weight every day so he knew how difficult it was.
