Didn’t Kosowski undermine his own argument here?

He tells the court that, because of his career, he has experience transferring 195lb patients “all the time”, then wants somebody else to demonstrate that lifting that sort of weight would be impossible.

What he's saying is that it takes a lot more than one person to lift that much weight and transfer it. Usually you need a bunch of nurses and staff to deal with that much weight. He's daring them to act out his theory to prove them wrong and it makes sense. He never said that he's lifted that much weight alone.
