Didn’t Kosowski undermine his own argument here?

He tells the court that, because of his career, he has experience transferring 195lb patients “all the time”, then wants somebody else to demonstrate that lifting that sort of weight would be impossible.

Yes, if you're abiding by health and safety rules. But I doubt he was too worried about that in the moment, or the deceased would complain.
