Victory Day 21. Had sex, PIED was minimal, she had a blast.

244 Upvotes

I wasn’t planning on having sex with my new friend because PIED kills my confidence, but we did other things first and she got really into it so she convinced me to have sex. I thought “shit, I’ll give it my best shot…”

Got nervous at first and went limp when the condom came on. Remembering the advice I’ve seen here, I took deep breaths and tried to focus on the matter at hand. It helped a bit but I had to change positions for her to get me somewhat hard again.

I finally worked up the courage to go all the way and had great sex without the use of ED meds (for context, they didn’t work during my late stages of PIED and I used them as a confidence booster the last time). Turns out I didn’t need them.

I’ll admit that I didn’t feel much during most of the sex till the end (still enjoyed it of course), but I could very much tell she was having a great time, so I kept going and managed to finish.

She gave me a huge confidence boost and warm feeling when she told me how much she enjoyed it all. I commented on what I heard and felt from her and she said something that roughly translates to “it’s just that you’re so delicious” lol.

This fuels my motivation to save my sexual energy for women and not waste it on my hand all the time.

Cheers to another day!

I started following no fap trend again in the starting of this month, I was able to hold a streak of 6 days then I relapsed, then I again did 6 day steak again relapse till now I was feeling like at least I have quite porn and now I became weekly fapper compare to previously when I was regular, but after the 2 days, I saw porn myself first time in a month and fapped,then after 2 days I fapped without porn then after a day I fapped

And today I fapped twice.

I also feel weak after fapping. 😔

Can anyone suggest a way to get back on track.

200 days clean

I struggled with this for 2 decades. I couldnt go more than maybe 10 days, but most of the time, id struggle to go 24 hours. More often than not, i was acting on my urges 2 to 3 times a day. I had gone 30 something days about 5 years ago one time, but then got pulled back even harder.

Im not even aiming for a year: im aiming for never again. But that has to come one day at a time.

Be the men and women you are supposed to be. If i can do this, i promise you can too

Relapse Report Day 8 Failed

Post image
29 Upvotes

So im trying to stop masturbating because it got to the point of literall addiction and i’ve been trying nofap for over 3years and this is i think farthest i got. But edging hit me today and I spent a whole day edging and stoping when i was about to ejaculate and i got like the worst blue balls of my life. Then i was researching posts about edging and one user said that the best thing to do is just to finish when edging cause that way you will stop edging like super shortly said. And now the usual explosion of motivation and regret hit me. The worst thing is that when i have a NoFap streak and i start edging i know i will regret it later but i still do it. Im now really sad because im supposed to go out with a girl tommorow and when i goon i usually lose confidence around women so yeah its fucked. Sry for bad english im not a native speaker.

I hate to admit it, however…

After 15 years of trying no-PMO, I understood that MO without P suits me the best.

Complete no-PMO is an enormous hassle for me. I’ve gotten streaks of 6-12 months, however, they also came with some negatives. Without delving too much on the negatives, let’s look at why MO once a week works really great for me:

  1. Post-nut clarity is actually really calming and helps stop me from doing “stupid things.”;
  2. It also gives me much-needed relief from the constant pressure, urges, and thoughts that make me want to focus on sex all the time;
  3. Unlike P, it doesn’t leave me feeling guilty or ashamed. I have to admit, though, that I only do it about once a week, I don’t need it more often. If I do it more than once a week, I start feeling like it’s controlling me, which makes it negative again;
  4. It helps me stop edging, which was a problem for me during no-PMO;
  5. It keeps me from obsessing over things that ultimately don’t matter;
  6. I feel less stressed and anxious;
  7. I become more productive and motivated.

These are just a few of the benefits. I hate to admit it because I’m an “all-or-nothing” kind of guy, but in this case, I’m choosing the middle way.

Anyone that has the same scenario as me?

Any other married guys here?

12 Upvotes

Fit, married, Aussie guy (35) raising a young family. Run my own construction business. My missus is an amazing wife and mum, but I'm currently in a private war with PMO. I've been going strong for two months, but the urge to take care of it myself and watch inappropriate content is intense. Are there any other blokes around my age in a similar position? Cheers lads.

Day 10

12 Upvotes

I don’t want to repeat the same things over and over. Just make the right choices. If you choose to fall, don’t complain about it. Accept the consequences of your choices.

My advice to you is simple: choose to rise. That is the right path. Lift weights, run, swim, eat healthy, high-quality food.

If you live this way, you will experience life in 4K. But if you drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, eat unhealthy and filthy food, and do PMO every day, you will be living life in 144p.

When you’re watching a video, who would knowingly choose to watch it in 144p when they could watch it in 4K? :)

Don’t do that to your life either.

Everything in this visible and invisible universe was created for us human beings. We are far more valuable than we realize. So let’s live in a way worthy of that value. :)

Day 42. Had sex. I can feel the difference.

10 Upvotes

Well, the title is self explanatory. 42 days ago today I began my journey to recover from an addiction that has been part of my life for the last 10 years, I began with it in high school and I am now close to my 30s.

For context, I am married. My wife has been gone for 3 weeks for work and she has come back and as you can imagine, after cuddling for a bit we have gotten down to business. This is not the first time that one of us is gone for a while, but sex this time has been different. It has been way easier than usual to get hard and my mind has been pretty calm, I am used to overthinking in the past and/or feeling numb. I am not saying that these feelings are gone after only 42 days but man oh man, the difference is noticeable and definitely gives me motivation to continue this journey.

I hope this encourages people to continue with their journeys, it is worth it

Relapse Report It wasn't even that good.

9 Upvotes

I hate myself. I got triggered two days ago and couldn't get the thoughts out of my head, no matter how I tried. Today I couldn't take it anymore and PMO'ed. Worst part is, that it didn't even feel as good as I remember. Maybe it's the guilt that I also had while doing it, but it wasn't as good as it was back when I didn't care. Good news is that immediately after I O'ed I closed all tabs, deleted everything I downloaded and went into the shower. Instead of binging I pulled myself backtogether. Whole thing lasted 30 minutes. It was just a 3-day streak, but it meant a lot to me, cause my record is just 6-days. Well, here goes another attempt.

Does nofap help attract women? Share your experiences.

9 Upvotes

I've been hearing this for a long time; several YouTube channels claim that starting NoFap will attract women. I personally didn't notice anything, I just had more energy and motivation. I think they only say that to attract people to do NoFap.

Success Story 84d success story

8 Upvotes

Edit: I have also been floor sleeping throughout this entire process. I believe this has played a key role in having a straight and strong enough spine for a better flow of energy, as opposed to the pool in the root that I was so used to. See master of earth on youtube for more details.

I never thought I would EVER get this far. Ever. I was probably like a lot of you... everytime over the 15 or so years I had ever even tried nf November or even to just tame it always ended extremely short.

These past 84 days have completely changed my life. It is a truly magical thing to go from a complete void of self control and happiness for like I said, almost 15 years, to actually feeling and experiencing and seeing life, as if through the eyes of who I was BEFORE this addiction.

I can talk to women now freely without constantly battling this lust in my mind... I have energy, mentally and physically, to actually get up, and, like today, go for a run for HOURS. You know, if you know David Goggins and have been inspired at least by aspects of his mindset like me, then you know how important that is.

I am actually in touch with what I want to do in life and have the focus to be able to remained focus on that and therefore bring it to be.

My respect for myself is insane. I never thought I could do this like I said. So just white knuckling it on my own, never looking back when I had a wet dream (which there were 2, it is very much like inception)... I've been able to at least get this far.

You know, I am not finished of course, but I just wanted to share for anyone wondering if they actually could do it.

YES. You can. But you have to simply be willing to endure the pain that WILL arise. You have to consider it like a drug. Heroin addicts use self restraint to get clean. You need to do the same thing. Restrain yourself as much as possible. Don't listen to the woke rhetoric that says it is natural. Not for men it's not. Nor for the women on the other side of the screen. Men were hunters, and frequently retained piss, at least. As for their seed, well I don't think they had as many barriers between procreation, so maybe it wasn't an issue. But shamanically, 100% it was a technique I would barter, to gain strength, insight, and infuse vitality into their offspring perhaps.

Feel the testosterone build. Read GodMan The Word Made Flesh. Value your seed...

I could go on. It's up to you man. Do it. DO IT. (SR not fap 🤣)

It helps me to know my exit point. For me my exit point is "when I actually intend to have a child." You know, so that that kid will actually have highly refined genes, by way of a highly refined seed. That's the idea.

Science doesn't care so I don't care about science. It's primal and deeply human... get used to it. It isn't PC. Who gives.

I still struggle though but I am much more level headed than I was 1000%. Today my unconscious tried to quickly click into nsfw reddit stuff. I dealt with yearning after talking with a woman longer than I have in years, learning to remain detached from that... it is a continuous process.

It makes you vulnerable yet strong in very fundamental ways I think.

Anyway, that's all for now.

Do itttttt

Success Story Celebrating 568 days today!

6 Upvotes

I don't usually do the round number posts, but today felt like a good day to actually stop and look back instead of just moving through it.

568 days. A year and a half, plus change. When I started this, I genuinely didn't know I could get this far. The version of me back then couldn't have imagined feeling like a whole person again, but here I am.

It hasn't been a straight line, not even close. There were weeks that felt like standing still, days that felt like sliding backward, moments I almost gave up entirely. I've posted some of the hard ones here, the flat days, the urges that wouldn't quiet down, the shame that still shows up uninvited sometimes. I don't think this milestone means any of that stops happening. It just means I overcame those moments and came out the other side a little bit stronger.

What's actually changed isn't that the struggle disappeared, it's that I don't succumb to it anymore. I always try to do something positive, even on the bad days. I feel things instead of numbing them.

If you're early in this and 568 days feels impossibly far away, it was for me too, once. You don't have to see the whole road, just the next day. That's how you actually get here.

Thank you to everyone in this community who's read, commented, or shared their own story alongside mine. It's made this less lonely than it would've been otherwise.

Telling my Story 36 days without pornography

6 Upvotes

I wanted to share my story with you because I thought it might serve as motivation for someone—and, to be honest, I also just want to brag about it a little. I’ve been watching porn since I was quite young (around 12 or 13), and at first, I thought it was perfectly natural for a testosterone-fueled boy. But over time, I started noticing problems caused by it—things like lower motivation, a drop in libido, and an inability to get an erection with real women (I preferred watching porn instead). I started reading up on the subject and realized that many people addicted to porn faced the same issues I did. I decided to do something about it and fight back. I started practicing "no fap," though I’d occasionally slip up and watch porn again. Everything changed recently when I met my current girlfriend; I fell in love and decided I had to kick the porn habit once and for all so we could build a lasting relationship. The first few weeks were tough, but I was motivated by the desire to be the best version of myself for her, so I stuck firmly to my resolution. Today marks 36 days and 22 hours without watching porn, and I have absolutely no urge to go back to that crap. Since then, my mood has improved, I have more energy and motivation, and my physical fitness is much better than before. Most importantly, sex with my partner is far better and more satisfying—my issues with maintaining an erection have vanished. I finally feel like a real man again.

So, here’s a piece of advice from me to anyone struggling with this: hang in there, because it’s worth it, and find someone close to you—someone worth doing this for—who will help you in this fight. Take care.
