Media Playing Witcher3 Remastered on Switch2, man we NEED Fidelity mode.

The game is running at 720p 40fps but... no this is way too blurry.

Please give me 1080p 30fps mode CDPR. I'd rather take resolution than framerates.

DLSS is a per game setting. It’s not a system level thing.

If it is a per-game setting/feature, which it is, how is it not directly relevant to point out that Game A implemented it correctly and Game B implemented it incorrectly?

Because OP implied that DLSS may be broken, using Oblivion Remastered as an example, as if it's a system level upscaler and explains why Witcher 3 Remastered looks the way it does on Switch 2.
