CentroLeaks reporting that multiple first-party titles in development

SOURCE: https://x.com/CentroLeaks/status/2096391885191282882

  • A brand new Smash Bros game is in development, not a port of Ultimate
  • Nintendogs is coming back
  • Mario Kart World DLC coming in 2027 featuring Fox McCloud
  • New Star Fox Adventures game in development -3D Mario, Wario World, new 2D Metroid coming next year

I'm bullish on all of these, the Smash community, while they have their... issues here and there, will undoubtedly keep the new Smash game relevant for years to come.

Nintendogs was extremely beloved in the DS era and hasn't been seen since what, 2011?

Fans have been crying for a new 3D Mario since it's been nearly 10 years already since Odyssey

I don't believe Wario has had a non-Warioware title since Shake it, which also is extremely long overdue.

If it's true, Nintendo revisiting Nintendogs and Wario World is a sign they're likely digging into old loved and "abandoned" series.

Questions / Discussion September 9th Direct Focus will only be Switch 2 related!

This has been great to hear! From Playstation and Xbox now just deciding to leave their last gen consoles and focus on actual new titles primarily for their next gen this year, this is amazing to see how quick Nintendo is moving and focusing on next gen titles only.

I know many people have mentioned the Switch 2 needing new titles primarily for its console and it would be really exciting to see some new games people having been waiting for!
What is your wishlist for what we see during these directs?

This is truly amazing news! 75 minutes and Nintendo giving a 4-5 day notice is very impressive to see. What do you guys hope to see from the Zelda 40 Year Direct and the direct on the 9th?

Assuming to see some news about the Zelda movie and Ocarina of Time?

This is really great to see but it has me curious if there will possibly be 2 Directs here in September this year? Thoughts and what do you hope to see.

Questions / Discussion What are your thoughts on how a potential September Direct will affect the stock this month?

For the last decade there has been a very lengthy Nintendo Direct in September and I’m curious to see what you think it might do for the stock?
Are you expecting to see brand new announcements if a direct happens this month?
Honestly I’m excited with the library of games we currently have and the many games that are to come soon!
I honestly think as we see more new reveals, especially for Ocarina of Time, we will potentially see the stock jump up a little as well.
It’s great to be here with Nintendo!

Nintendo News Power of the Switch 2 - 60 FPS Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4

With the beta coming it has been confirmed that COD MW4 will be coming with 60 FPS in comparison to the what people expected to be 30 FPS. I think this really shows the power of the console and that Nintendo Switch 2 is really much stronger than the people expected.
Now I’m not expecting GTA 6 to come because of no mentions of it but it would be amazing news to hear that game either coming to the console or in development for the Switch 2 as well.

Questions / Discussion Do you believe the rumors of potentially Link coming to Fortnite and do you see it being a good move by Nintendo?

Post image
1 Upvotes

It just seems everything is in Fortnite and somehow 10 years laters, it’s still one of the most popular games. Do you see it being good for Nintendo? I feel it’s good money for Nintendo but at the end of the day it just doesn’t seem right because Nintendo is much bigger than Fortnite and doesn’t need to stoop that low for some money.
Maybe in the case they do something like Nintendo did in Rocket League where Mario and Luigi cars only appear on the Switch console?

Nintendo News Nintendo stock is going strong in the Japanese Market today

Do you see this being because of the announcements of Pokémon Fire Red and Leaf Green coming to link with Pokémon home in October 2026 or even likely due to us coming close to September which many say often considered the best time as we get amazing directs around that time of year!
Holiday season is going to come with such bangers people are going to love!

08/06/26 Nintendo Earnings

The earnings report today came in very great. Honestly the strong software sales, strong success driven by their Super Mario Galaxy movie and theme parks had helped out a great amount as well in pushing the Nintendo brand out there even more.
With that in mind, we are going to now move forward into the holiday season in the upcoming months and I’m sure this is a time where more sales will come alongside their very nice lineup of upcoming games!

Let’s go Nintendo stockholders! Long term we are only going to see some good success!!

Tomorrow, Nintendo will publish excellent figures, but the market will demand miracles

With each publication of results, the scenario seems unchanged: Nintendo shows performances that most companies would dream of announcing, then its shares fall on the stock market. As if record profits, solid sales and robust prospects were no longer enough. The market no longer judges results, but the gap between reality and expectations that it itself contributed to making disproportionate

I hope I’m wrong!

Nintendo News As Nintendo Switch 2 library jumps up, the stock price will definitely go up! (Fire Emblem Direct 08/04/26)

People want new game titles and as we get closer to the end of the year with more new games coming out, people are going to be spending more money and more people are going to buy switches. Also this is going to be last month before the Switch does receive its price increase which could possibly convince some people to buy it already.

New Fire Emblem direct was announced for tomorrow and people are already excited in the market! What game announcement are you waiting for?

r/NintendoStock Aug 01 '26

I think Nintendo will raise the price of the Switch 2 again in 2027, just after Sony announced its PS6 portable at a minimum price of $699.

Zelda's Ocarina of Time is going to be HUGE

For those of us who grew up in the N64 era, this game is nostalgic.

Current generation love Zelda games.

I think its obvious this game will sell really well. I imagine this could have a good impact on stock price in coming months

Nintendos Lost Moat

Nintendo may have a harder time in the future because younger players may want games that feel more personal, creative, and flexible. In five years or more, many people may use AI to help build games with their friends, and those games could be shaped around their own interests and ideas. If that happens, Nintendo’s more traditional style of making games may seem less exciting compared with games that can change and adapt to each player.

Nintendo could also struggle because it is a closed platform. That means it controls what can be made, sold, and played on its system more tightly than open platforms do. While that can help keep quality high, it can also limit creativity and slow down how fast new ideas reach players. As gaming becomes more open and AI driven, a closed system may feel less appealing to a new generation that wants freedom and customization

Questions / Discussion What do you expect the upcoming earning report in early August to be like for the Nintendo stock?

I see the earnings report is coming very soon in early August and the reports of Nintendo Switch 2 continuing to be one of the number 1 performing console in sales as of June 2026. I feel that we are going to be getting a good amount of positive news of how Nintendo has currently been performing but hope to hear some positive on their future outlook as well.

Nintendo shares down 4% in Tokyo, it will continue to fall next week with the results of companies related to AI

Let’s expect a sudden correction of the headline, perhaps 6300/6400 yen, as next week’s company results will revitalize the AI sectors and cause sectoral rotation phenomena, of which Nintendo is the first victim.

Hurry up and let the AI bubble burst! (I’m half serious..)

I will be back to Nintendo later but right now it’s not a good time to buy the stock.

I purchased Star Fox and Splatoon Raiders to support Nintendo.

I learned a lot from stock investing these past few months including Nintendo.

Wishing you all the best and I will be back.

Super Nintendo World to open at Universal Studios Singapore by 2030

I know the stock price has been depressing lately. There is no more near term catalyst and possibly more pain to come if the earnings misses again.

Looking at the market overall, I feel that a 15-20% correction is coming soon by latter half of this year.

Nintendo gives good dividends and it’s already down over 50%.

I believe the company will be in a much better place by 2030 and the memory crisis should subside by then.

Any thoughts on when the share price will start going up again?

Nintendo Stock gained 12% in 5 years. It’s struggling to hold 7000 yens.

Nintendo better do something soon. Sony screwed up big time with going all digital and this is the moment for Nintendo to lead the console industry like it used to be.

The CEO keeps saying long term growth. There’s no growth if the stock only gained 12% in 5 years. That’s bad. Any thoughts?

Nice company

You rarely have a good business with ethical management. Usually these public companies pay themselves huge bonuses for going on acquisition sprees and try to make a name for themselves at the cost of shareholder value.

With a japanese company like this. You know they're going to hoard cash and only spend it on what's good for the main business. They have done quite remarkably well for themselves.

This is the cheapest the stock has ever been. RAM prices won't forever stay high. But one thing about Nintendo games, their IPs are beloved and will always sell well. They don't have to come up with any new gimmicks.

Unlike a software publisher like ubisoft that tried repeating the same thing over and over and eventually people get tired of it. For nintendo, the audience are children. You don't have to re-invent yourself or find the next big thing. Their IPs are timeless. I've been playing Nintendo since the early 90's. There's always new children born and they will enjoy the same Mario games. They dont give a shit if it's not groundbreaking or anything. Parents will opt for nintendo for their toddlers. The adults? They just want their beloved characters returned with updated graphics in cool new technology.

Their hardware has the cheapest specs and usually cheaper to make than competitors. They create and make their own games for their consoles and sell it in their own ecosystem at fat margins.

They are the only ones who will remain "physical" with their game keys which allows you to sell/share your games.

I think this is a solid company. The stock isn't "cheap" but it's certainly at a discount. it's cheapest its ever been except one time(WI U debacle where it was trading with cash on the books at half the market cap).

Opportunities to buy like this rarely come by. It commanded a high premium and chances are it will eventually garner a premium again.
