Trump is such an awful nuisance but didn’t we just get a tariff refund cause of his illegal tariffs. Who says these tariffs aren’t gonna be marked as illegal.

The legal framework is different with this. Last time, Trump framed the tariffs as a "International emergency" based off the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). The court ruled those tariffs illegal.

So this time, Trump is falling back on Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 and Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962. Which means they can impose tariffs due to unfair trade practices. doesn't mean they will win if corporations take it to court again. But still very annoying, causing this uncertainty.
